Really nice park. Paved roads with tiered layers for the RV's to park. Nice wide sites and roads. The sites are gravel, but level. Full hookups at all sites. Beautiful view of the city at night. We would highly recommend a stop here. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice park. We stopped here because we were tired and didn't feel like going any further. Turned out to be a really nice park. Very clean, with pleasant employees, level sites, and horses right out your front door. We had no problems maneuvering our large RV. We would recommend this KOA to anybody passing thru.

The price reflects my disability pass price. The regular price is $16. The big rig sites are great. Long and level. Big rigs cannot park next to the lake as they are at a very steep angle down towards the lake. We had beautiful wild flowers blooming behind the rig, and a great view of the lake out front. Employees were very nice. BUT they have a curfew: be in the park by 10 PM; the gates are locked. If you came in later, you would have to park your truck out front and walk into your rig. Overall it was a nice park, level sites, good electric. I would come back again.

This park is very old and run down. The sites are small, hookups are haphazard at best and only semi-operational. Nobody takes you to your site, and the directions from the office are wrong. You have to search for your site: meaning you have to go and sweep off the leaves and debris from the street to find your site. Staff has NO KNOWLEDGE of RV's. You tell them you have a 40ft rig and they just look at you and put you on a site big enough for a small pop up. Maintenance is a joke. Entrance to the park is impossible using the directions given. You have to make a sharp U-turn to get into the park and Ulmerton Road is a VERY busy street. Roads inside the park are horrible: holes and patches everywhere. Laundry room was filthy. I went to a local laundromat to do my laundry. They claim to have a activity director with planned activities: activities are only planned by the full-time park model residents who look down on RV'ers as trailer trash. We could tell we were not welcome at their events. I would NEVER recommend this park to anyone. Office staff is RUDE at best. Pool was greasy, and at night the local drunks that live in the park take over the pool area as their own. Drinking beer with a very loud radio blaring until all hours of the night. No park manager on site, so they can get away with it. There are also homeless people from the surrounding areas coming in to use the showers and laundry, with no park manager on site to stop them. The Police were in the park almost daily. There are child molesters living in the park as well as people on probation with ankle bracelets. I was very happy when we left. We will NEVER return to this park.

Our rate reflects the Passport America price. The park is very nice, level sites, full hookups at each site. The owners are excellent and friendly. We stay here due to bringing our rig in for a yearly check into our favorite RV repair shop. We will be back again next year.

This is a city park. It is very nice: clean bathrooms and showers. There is a large playground, lots of bike trails, and bike rentals. The sites are paved and level. There are sites on the Red River, and sites on the upper level. We would have not issues staying here again.

Very nice park, paved roads, no low hanging branches. We had a pull through site. Not many pull through's, mostly back in's. Awesome kids park, although we were here out of season. Lots of things for them to do. Wisconsin Dells are beautiful and you are only a short drive away. Staff was great and helpful. We used our Passport America rate. We would stay here again.

Rustic, but the new owners are working on the place. Nice 50 amp sites and at the Passport America price you can't go wrong. We enjoyed our stay. Roads in are gravel, but not too rough. We would stay here if we were in the area again.

Diamond in the rough, has clean, level sites. Mostly back in sites, 5 pull through sites. Located about 7 miles from the falls. Fantastic personnel in the office. The website does this place no justice. Best prices this close to the falls, and the cleanest by far. Not to mention the Olympia Restaurant across the street has awesome meals. We will come back here if we return to this area.

Nice campground with paved interior roads. Most sites are grass or gravel. They need to have work done on their electricity. We use 50 amps, and our surge protector kept clicking off. Our neighbor had some issues also. We only stayed one night due to the electric issues, didn't want to take any chances. The girl in the office stated that they have had issues with electric in the past, and that they needed to have it taken care of.

VERY kid and family friendly. Has lots of actvities. We had a huge back in site that was grassy, but level. Park is spotless. Workers out everyday, cutting, trimming and repairing. Roads are paved, nice campstore, and clean laundry. Quite a few seasonals, but sites are kept clean. We would have no problem recommending this campground to anyone. Very convenient location to all of the touristy things to do in the area: Ben and Jerry's, Cabot, etc.

We don't pay too much attention to all the frills of a campground. This place had nice level sites, gravel, but hard packed. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring. Nice laundry (small, but adequate). Owners are on site, they were friendly and helpful. The view front your front door is awesome. We would have no problem recommending this campground/motel to anyone. Very convenient to all of the Mt. Washington area.

Awesome park. The only reason why this isn't a 10 is because the sites are not paved. Close to Bar Harbor, Acadia, all of the touristy things. Office personnel are very helpful, laundry is clean, kind of pricey, but worth it. Grocery, Wal-Mart, Lowes, all within a few miles. Great restaurants nearby. Acadia National Park is a short 15 minute ride away. We would come back again. VERY big rig friendly; lots of pull through sites up to 100 feet long.

Nice park, lots of activities for the kids. Breakfast at the Merry Moose is a must do: wonderful food for very little $$$. Trolly is available to take you to the beach: cost $2.00 roundtrip. Can't beat it, since it's $10 to park at the Old Orchard Beach. Sites are close, but level. Sites are dirt, but kept clean. Roads are well marked, and nicely kept. Laundry is nice, clean and works well. Employees are awesome, very helpful and knowledgable of the area. We would recommend this park and would come back again.

Nice small park. Very big rig friendly in some sites. Has a nice lake with a fountain. On a very quiet street and has a security gate. A few seasonals, but their sites are well kept. Our site was a pull-through...nice and level, paved and the park provided the jack pads. Beautiful area, and only 40 miles north of Boston. We would easily recommend this park to anyone, and would return if we came back this way again.
