Large paved transient site with no shade. Mostly all park models. Pool very nice. Drove down to lake and looked like good fishing. All staff very friendly and helpful. No table. Passport accepted. Will stay again.

10 miles in off Rt 60 on a paved road. Very nice office staff. Got a paver site with lots of shade. Cable is $5 extra so I used the sat. The pool is there as advertised and not impressive [not a bit of shade]. The grounds are huge and well taken care of. The lounge was fun. State park entrance close by. Pricy for summer rates. May stop again.

Stayed before and enjoy this location. But at the retail resort price it should have cable TV and WiFi. It was the rainy season so my grass site was mushy and I left deep ruts. The patio was paved, so we did not track it into the camper. The lake has a lot of shoreline water grass, so fishing with lures was a problem. Large laundry and library. Nice location.

They have a huge piece of property and are still filling it up. It must have been a mile in, just on the access road. It was not geared for transient campers, as it required a long drive to get anywhere. Then when you get somewhere there was little parking for autos. Poor channel selection on the cable and no Wi-Fi that I could find. It's a very nice place but not set up for short-term campers.

Owners very hospitable. Got a pull-through up front and it was barely long enough to fit our rig. It was OK as I did not need to unhook. The laundry was very nice and inexpensive. They even had an outside clothes line for drying. The indoor pool was dark and damp. Not what I expect in sunny Florida, so we did not use it. I never did see anyone use it. Nice library.

This is not a park that is set up for transient campers. The roads are narrow and sites very small. it must be a problem backing into a site in season. Half the park - are very nice permanents. The pool was great this time of year. Large library. Very large laundry and reasonable. No cable or wifi that I could pick up. Garbage p/u twice a week and no dumpsters. No shade.

This location was a good memory. Prior reviews pretty much cover the plus and minus's. Close to most everythig. But everything close is very expensive. Old Town is fun on car nights. They do have a problem with the open gate at night, as there are people driving arround during the night. We will return.

A nice stop. A paved site and fairly empty this time of year. Office staff very helpful. WiFi worked at the clubhouse. Passable cable. Passport accepted.

Well what can I say. There are no great choices in Perry. You pay at the gas station and then drive a couple of 100 yards to the sites. Then just pick one of the poorly marked sites. No host or staff in site -- empty. Tall grass and some shade. I did get the sat between trees. Never did find a dumpster. Site in rear will avoid road noise. My memory will be what basic basic looks like.

About 6 miles north of Thomasville. No cable and no pool. A pool would sure be nice this time of year. Some sites shaded and my dish could see out. Nice size library. Gnats were horrible with all the rain. OK for short stay.

New management is doing a good job. Always has been an oasis along RT 231 and I would miss it. Used a highway frontage site this time and noise was not terrible. My A/C is louder. Large cable selection and Wi-Fi worked better than it ever has. Still honors the Passport America discount.

Still a work in progress with new managers. Only one day at Passport America price and then off-season retail after that. Had to use the 50 amp plug as the 30 amp would not hold. New restaurant close by but pretty pricey. I was distressed that with all the MANY empty spaces available they had us packed one next to another like it was high season. Small cable choices. The grounds and location are great.

At $19.00 this was a good overnight stop. They had a huge cable selection. No site paving, and it's a good thing it was well drained after torrents of rain. The staff were great.

My visit was off season, so I may have seen a different view of this location than prior reviews. It had a very small cable line up and the WiFi was very weak even at the clubhouse. The site had no paving, was off level, and no shade. The speed limits were ignored and it was dive for the side of the road if a car came by. Walking the dog was an adventure in self defense. The pool and office staff were very nice.

Very large snow bird park that is pretty empty in off season. Paved roads, grass sites and large pool. The 5 is for customer care. We experienced a very late night check in near our site. Only three of all the available sites were taken. So security parks the newcomer right next to us. With all the associated engine noise, loud talking, slamming doors, un-hook car, etc., etc. Parking late night arrivals should be on the outskirts and re-parked in the morning.
