This park is very nice. We always get a corner site and stay 2 weeks. The level sites are gravel, the WiFi, and Sat signals are good. The store has a good selection of items and the town is 5 minutes away.

This park is one of those parks that advertises gravel sites and roads, but forgets that the gravel was put in 15 years ago. The grounds are 80% dirt and little pea gravel. This park is a dust bowl! The park offers no propane or supplies of any kind. The WiFi is poor and there is one trash bin for 80 sites. When I contacted the office in regards to receiving a package, I was told to contact the Post Office for a P.O. Box. Receiving customer's mail was too much trouble for them. There are three parks down the road.

This park has gravel sites that would probably be narrow in the busy season. Right now the sites are priced the way that they should be. The crowds are gone and we had no one around us during our week stay. The staff is great. The WiFi was so so at times and the store is poor. The park is close to all of your needs. .

This very large park has everything. The people are friendly and things are slow at this time of the year. Our site was gravel and we had neighbors which made things tight. Unless you are going to use the activities, the price is too high.

This park was a normal stop for us as we proceeded north into Utah each year. There seems to be new owners, and the park's over all condition is worth about $30 a night. Row "A" is the only section that has been kept up to high standards. The rest of the park is in need of TLC. We had a narrow, semi level, gravel site in row "D". The satellite signal was good, cable did not work, and the wi-fi was good. For some reason the trash cans were full in the park, and it was only Saturday. Trash was left on the ground. For $58 ,I was expecting more room and green grass. We will look for another park next year.

This park is good for a couple of nights. The condition of the sites has really gone down hill since we were here two years ago. They are semi level, gravel, narrow, and unkempt. Dry grass and weeds everywhere. The satellite signal was good, but the wi-fi did not work. There are supplies in the building next door at the gas station.

This clean park is about 10 miles south of the city of Montrose. The staff is friendly and the sites are semi level gravel. The sites are long and have a large shade tree/grass. The satellite signal is good and the Wi-Fi signal was off/on due to high winds. The park sits in a valley, with the Rocky Mountains in the distance. There is no store at the park and supplies must be obtained in Montrose. The park is quiet and we will return.

This park has been our stop since 2003. The staff is friendly and the park has always been in very good shape. This year the park was quiet. We stayed in the premium site area and found the gravel site level. The satellite signal was good, but the Wi-Fi signal was off and on. The store at the office has new items and they serve meals every day. We will return next year.

We've been stopping here since 2003. The park hasn't changed: Customer service is #1. In the newer section of the park, site 83 or 84, is where we stay. The sites are level gravel and wide. The satellite signal comes in great, and Wi-Fi is strong. The staff is super, and they rake the sites everyday. The down side of the park, if you need perfection, is from April to June the old cottonwood trees drop their cotton like pods. The park grounds look like snow has fallen. The staff cleans it up everyday, but the pods are messy. The other side of the coin is that the trees give off tremendous shade. Town is 9 miles away for big grocery items, and milk, etc. is a short walk across the highway.

This park is very good for a week or so. The sites are level cement, very wide, and have gravel on the sides. There are no trees for shade and so the satellite signal is great. Fuel is across the street. The park indicates WI-FI, but I showed only one tower on the South end. We were on the North end of the park with no signal. The other odd thing was that there was a restaurant/pizza delivery that wasn't open any more, but they advertised it as open. No help or just no business, but they should take it off the flyer.

This park is a winner. The park is very clean, and the sites are wide, level, cement pads, no trees in our section, and quiet. The WI-FI and satellite signal were A+. The staff was great. Camping World and diesel repair is close by. The city is about 5 miles east of the park. We will stay here again.

This park is very clean and shows it. The site we had, 67, was semi level cement, had green grass and trees. The Wi-Fi worked great, satellite signal was good, but the site was by the entrance street. (The morning noise was bad.) The staff was friendly and we would stay here again. The store is limited, and there seems to be a lot for kids to do. A portion of the park looks like San Francisco, Ca. The site is flat on the upper portion for your RV, then the front of the site drops off and your toad is parked on a good incline. It's something to see.

To me most KOA's give you a very average site and charge you for things that I don't use. This park has very narrow, semi level gravel sites, with large trees. The dry weather or bad maintenance has everything brown. The staff was friendly, no Wi-Fi signal, satellite is spotty due to trees. This is a park for over night stays.

This park is a A+ for our needs. The site was level and had a lot of gravel. The Wi-Fi works very well, but no satellite because of the trees in the park. Every thing is very clean and cared for. The staff is very nice and there is a lake for your use. We stayed a week and kept busy. The town has everything you will need, and the Mid America (Corvette haven), and the Harley dealer is ten minutes away.

This park is located out in the corn fields, outside of town. The grounds are beautiful and a parts/service center is connected to the park. We needed full hookup/50 amp service, and apparently there was only 2 sites. We noticed that 30amp is the most popular and most travelers are in small trailers. Our site was level gravel. Satellite worked good, no Wi-Fi. People are friendly and we will be back.
