This was an extremely clean and well run campground...after arriving at our sites and not being crazy about them due to the fact that we had a dog and they are smaller than the back in sites,we requested a change and the office changed our site with no hesitation. The woman that was usually in the office (Kathy) went out of her way to give us directions, places to eat, points of interest etc. The few times that I used the bathrooms they were neat and immaculate! The gravel roads and sites were well maintained and there was no dust at all. The only negative I could find was noise from rt 30 and that's not the campgrounds fault.

We stayed here for one night on the way to disney. The staff could not have been nicer, went out of their way to make us as comfy as possible, it seemed like a well run place.

We think that the location of this park is great. The sites are kind of small, but it's what you expect being on the water. One big complaint...THE GOLF CARTS! our site was along the main road across from the ocean and around 8pm every night the parade would start and it wasn't only carts it was pick up trucks, cars, bikes, you name it and it weny by, OVER and OVER again. This would go on until 11 pm. We saw kids riding their bikes while hanging on to the cart at the same time...actually saw a cart go on 2 wheels while it's teenage driver made a U turn too fast. Even during the day the carts had no respect for anybody. I told the security guard this and he said that there is not much he can do (at $44 a day cart rental I'm sure that the cg owners don't want him to anyway). All in all it's a nice oceanfront campground that just needs to enforce it's rules.

We loved this place, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the place was clean and well run. The only thing that I saw that I wasn't happy about was that the sites were littered with small trash ( bottle caps chip bags etc). And some of the back in sites are very tight !

This is a very nice campground, very clean and quiet, it is more of an adult campground as there is not much for youn children to do other than fish. The area itself does have alot for children tho so having something for them to do should be no problem. We stay here several times a year and really enjoy this place. The seasonals are nice to us as well and always look for us when we come back.

We stayed here in July 04, this had to be the worst place ever. The place looked like they hadn't trimmed any trees in years, I scratched the sides of my tow vehicle and trailer getting to our site, when I finally did get there, I discovered a site that was not level nor could I put my slideout and awning out together, it was one or the other. The camper next to us looked like it had arrived here in the 1950's and never left. The place was full of seasonal campers and this includes tents. The sight of 3 or 4 tents tied together is not very appealing to me. Within the first 1/2 hour of arriving we were admonished by a "seasonal" for not picking up after our dog! (How do you pick up pee?) The office staff was very unfriendly to us and there was nothing at all to do in the campground. We left two days early and didn't even bother to ask for a refund.

This is a very nice park, it is well run and very clean. They also have a top notch mini golf course. The only things that I didn't like was that they had no cable available nor could your dogs be walked off site, the pets had to remain on site the entire visit.
