Governors' RV Park and Campground, Casselton, North Dakota

Date of Stay: July, 2008 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

What a dirty mud pit! We are parked in the "NEW" section right now and after a night of rain, we are wondering if we will be able to get out of here in a few hours without getting stuck. We camped at Governors' RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Ogston RV Park, Saginaw, Minnesota

Date of Stay: July, 2008 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

This is a delightfully quiet and restful park. The sites are surrounded by 3 stocked ponds and there is a water view from nearly every space. The sites are large and the WIFI works great. The only thing we could find that would make this a perfect 10 is that the water pressure could be stronger. We camped at Ogston RV Park in a Motorhome.

Country Village RV Park, Ishpeming, Michigan

Date of Stay: June, 2008 - $31.00

Nice park with friendly owners. We stayed there a week ago and the roads in the park have now been paved. Dust and mud were not a problem and we had lots of rain. WIFI at our site worked very well. We camped at Country Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

Kritter’s Northcountry Campground and Cabins, Newberry, Michigan

Date of Stay: June, 2008 - $23.00
Overall Rating:

The campground is in a nice, treed setting with good space between sites. However, we had been accessing many campground WIFI systems during a 6 weeks trip and this is the first place we could not get a WIFI signal, even when right next to the antenna outside the office. Another disappointment was that the water temperature for the washing machines was set so low that a hot wash cycle was barely tepid at best. Not the park's fault, but we didn't spend much time outside because the bugs and "skeeters" were really thick! We camped at Kritter’s Northcountry Campground and Cabins in a Motorhome.

Lazy Acres RV Park, Center Point, Iowa

Date of Stay: June, 2008 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

What a delightful surprise! This a new campground with beautifully landscaped lawns, wide open spaces, and a lovely duck pond. The trees are not yet mature, so there is not much shade. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. The recreational areas of the park were outstanding with a sand volleyball area, basketball court, frisbie golf, paddle boats for the pond, and a clean, well equipped playground for the little ones. The WIFI also worked great. We will definitely return when in this area. We camped at Lazy Acres RV Park in a Motorhome.
