Madison Campground (NPS Campground), Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming

Date of Stay: June, 2008 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

This is a large campground. Ask not to stay in the A-loop, as this is where many of the employees stay with there RVs. Like others have said, having pull-throughs on your left is the dumbest idea ever. Can't use your awning, and have to walk around your RV to get to the site. We camped at Madison Campground (NPS Campground) in a Travel Trailer.

Colter Bay Village RV Park -- Full Hookups (Concessionaire Operated) , Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming

Date of Stay: June, 2008 - $52.00
Overall Rating:

The cost to stay here outweighs everything else. Other parks that cost this much have wi-fi, showers, etc. The layout is also not friendly to larger motorcoaches with slides on both sides. Not alot of room between the trees. We camped at Colter Bay Village RV Park -- Full Hookups (Concessionaire Operated) in a Travel Trailer.

Mountain View RV Park, Arco, Idaho

Date of Stay: June, 2008 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Only downfall of this park is the layout, crammed alot of sites into a small area (typical RV Park layout). The free breakfast for its campers is a nice touch. The owner is very nice. We camped at Mountain View RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Nugget RV Park, St. Regis, Montana

Date of Stay: June, 2008 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Owner was friendly, park is well laid out, walking trails, open field. This should be how all RV parks are set up! Not your cookie cutter park. Will stay here again and will tell everyone I know to stay here if going through the area. We camped at Nugget RV Park in a Travel Trailer.
