Bluff Valley Campground, Zumbro Falls, Minnesota

Date of Stay: June, 2008 - $22.00
Overall Rating:

The campground was really pretty along the river. Our site was spacious and shady. They had tubing and swimming. The staff was really nice and friendly. The downside is you have to travel several miles up and down a hilly dirt road that washes out quickly when it rains. We got out right as the rain started but a few hours later heard that people were trapped as the roads were washed out. We will definitely return but check the weather first. We camped at Bluff Valley Campground in a Motorhome.

O'Connell's Yogi Bear Jellystone Park Camp-Resort, Amboy, Illinois

Date of Stay: June, 2008 - $55.00
Overall Rating:

Horrible! The staff is the worst I have ever experienced. We rented a golf cart for 10 minutes. I allowed my 4 year old grandson to sit in my lap and pretend to drive. They came to the pool and publicly took the cart from me and kept my security deposit because I broke the rules and allowed a 4 year old to drive. The staff was rude, crabby, and not helpful. It was rather ironic that we were treated like trouble makers for allowing a 4 year old to pretend to drive and the partiers that blasted songs with [obscene] lyrics were left alone. I expected it to be a nice family place. We camped at O'Connell's Yogi Bear Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in a Motorhome.

Sunshine Key RV Resort & Marina, Big Pine Key, Florida

Date of Stay: January, 2008 - $99.00
Overall Rating:

Really beautiful. We had a great time. The place is a bit cliquey and newbies were snubbed by the regulars. They all think they are rich and better than anyone else. It was amusing. The staff was nice and we didn't care about the neighbors. We were there to enjoy the Keys and the ocean not to make friends with the neighbors. Key West was a 40 minute drive and there are many little shops and restaurants in the area. We camped at Sunshine Key RV Resort & Marina in a Motorhome.
