Lakeside RV and Campground, Provo, Utah

Date of Stay: June, 2008 - $29.00
Overall Rating:

This was a very nice place. We would have rated it higher if they had cable television. Our site had so many trees that we couldn't get satellite reception and it would have been nice to be able to watch the news and weather while there. We were able to pick up a few channels with the antenna but the stations were very fuzzy and couldn't be watched. On the plus side, there were very nice grassy areas to sit on. We camped at Lakeside RV and Campground in a Motorhome.

Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park, West Yellowstone, Montana

Date of Stay: June, 2008 - $49.00
Overall Rating:

What a great campground. We were here for 7 nights and just loved it. The office staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. The WiFi internet service worked very well. Our site was very level and the entire park was clean as a pin and well maintained. The other nice thing was that it was only 4 blocks from the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. How convenient. We would recommend Grizzly to anyone. We camped at Yellowstone Grizzly RV Park in a Motorhome.

Ennis RV Village, Ennis, Montana

Date of Stay: June, 2008 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for 2 nights and the only reason we didn't give a higher rating was because there was absolutely no shade. The owner was wonderful. As an extra little perk there is a gourmet restaurant right outside the perimeter of the campground. While it is on the pricy side the food was to die for and the wine list was several pages long. Who would expect this in the middle of nowhere? We certainly didn't. We camped at Ennis RV Village in a Motorhome.

Billings KOA, Billings, Montana

Date of Stay: June, 2008 - $66.00
Overall Rating:

We really enjoyed this campground. The rate was a bit high but that was because we requested a patio site with furniture. Our site was perfectly level and the lawn area was very well maintained. We would definitely return there if we are in the area again and probably stay for several days the next time. We camped at Billings KOA in a Motorhome.

Deer Park Campground, Buffalo, Wyoming

Date of Stay: June, 2008 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

We only stayed overnight, and it was very nice for that purpose. I did use the laundry facility and it was very nice and clean. The owners were extremely nice and they have an ice cream social in the evening for $1. which is a good deal. The only reason I didn't give a perfect score was because the site we were on was actually more weeds than grass and wasn't very conducive for sitting out. We camped at Deer Park Campground in a Motorhome.

Mount Rushmore KOA, Hill City, South Dakota

Date of Stay: June, 2008 - $57.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for 8 nights, and found it to be a great place. The price was a bit higher because we had a patio site, but we felt it was worth it. Jane, who works in the main check in-office, was wonderful. She went out of her way to put us in a site that would give us enough room for our rig and tow car. A very big atta girl to her. The roads in the campground are a bit busy but that is to be expected in a place this large at this time of the year. The amenities make this a wonderful place for families camping with children. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Mount Rushmore KOA in a Motorhome.

Kanab RV Corral, Kanab, Utah

Overall Rating:

We enjoyed our three night stay at this campground. It was very clean and well maintained. Our site was nice and shady so we could sit out and enjoy the evenings. Owner was very nice. We would recommend this park to others while seeing Zion and Bryce Canyon as it was convenient to both. We camped at Kanab RV Corral in a Motorhome.
