Sayre City Park Campground, Sayre, Oklahoma

Date of Stay: October, 2017 - $12.00
Overall Rating:

A very nice park for an overnight stay. We had a lot of rain overnight and I really was wondering if we would be floating away, but there were a lot of puddles this morning, but nothing to worry about. We camped at Sayre City Park Campground in a Motorhome.

Maumee Bay State Park, Oregon, Ohio

Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Not being an OH resident, we had to pay the full price of camping, but this is a beautiful park and we will return there in the future. This is a very clean, well cared for state park with paved roads and all paved pads on each site. There are fire pits and picnic tables at each site too. We camped at Maumee Bay State Park in a Motorhome.

Lake of Dreams, Merrill, Michigan

Date of Stay: May, 2014 - $29.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very nice campground and quiet when the hours say to be. They allow you to have campfires at your site, too. It's mostly in the woods, but the trees are trimmed so that you don't hit them with a tall RV. There are a lot of permanent residents there and they are all nice folks. We camped at Lake of Dreams in a Motorhome.

Apache Family Campground & Pier, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Date of Stay: October, 2012 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

Quite an older park with a lot of permanents and few transient sites available, but it was adequate for our purpose. Their Pier restaurant named Croakers is an awesome place to eat. We camped at Apache Family Campground & Pier in a Motorhome.

Kelly's Countryside RV Park, Callahan, Florida

Date of Stay: October, 2012 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

As others have said, this is a very clean park and great for an overnight stop. We didn't find the sites all that small. They were an adequate size for us even with a tow dolly and car behind our RV. We camped at Kelly's Countryside RV Park in a Motorhome.

Indian Springs Campground, North Bend, Ohio

We camped here for overnight and found it to be quite adequate. My only concern is their water pressure is super high, why? We camped at Indian Springs Campground in a Motorhome.

Golden Isles Vacation Park, Brunswick, Georgia

Date of Stay: May, 2012 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

A very nice park to stay overnight while traveling north from FL. They parked us at the rear of the park and it was very quiet and we even had Wi-Fi that had a strong signal. Could even hook up the DirecTV too. Will definitely stay there again, when needed. We camped at Golden Isles Vacation Park in a Motorhome.

A very nice place to park our motorhome except for all the gravel sites. I guess we're spoiled. Just kidding, it is a nice place and we will return when in the area. We camped at River Shade RV Park in a Motorhome.

Cross Creek Camping Resort, Delaware, Ohio

A very nice campground that has a lot of events planned. We just stayed for 3 nights and visited with our son, so we didn't use any of the planned events. But it sure looked like they all were having fun. We camped at Cross Creek Camping Resort in a Motorhome.

Lake Timberlin (closed), Mansfield, Ohio

Date of Stay: September, 2011 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

A very nice campground that we spent 2 nights and very quiet. The only concern was where they had us park, the site was not level at all...our front wheels were a front up in the air to get level...don't really like that. Everything else was fine. We camped at Lake Timberlin (closed) in a Motorhome.

Oak Creek Campground, Verona, Kentucky

Date of Stay: June, 2011 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

We enjoyed our quiet night at Oak Creek, in a pull-thru with our 37 foot motorhome that has a motorcycle lift on the back of it and we have a tow dolly with our car on it. Anything much longer would present a problem with negotiating all the trees and turns. Their pull-thrus number 5 and #1 is the longest, and #5 would not work for a long unit. We camped at Oak Creek Campground in a Motorhome.

Stayed there last night and it was a very quiet campground. It seems to be a work in progress, but we sure slept well. In fact we slept in because it was so quiet. We camped at Aurora Acres RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Midway Campground Resort (formerly Statesville East I-40 Winston-Salem, Statesville, North Carolina

Date of Stay: October, 2010 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

I can't give this any better rating as the sites are not level and the pull-thru site that we had, we had to unhitch as it was so unlevel. The laundry was supposed to have 2 washers and 2 dryers, one was not working and was sitting outside and the one dryer had an out of order sign on it and then all of a sudden that disappears, but I was afraid to use it. The laundry was filthy, to say the least. We will not return there again. We camped at Midway Campground Resort (formerly Statesville East I-40 Winston-Salem in a Motorhome.
