Old Mill Stream Campground, Lancaster, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: June, 2008 - $41.00
Overall Rating:

We camped at this campground for one night. The owners were very friendly. Everything was clean, neat and well maintained. My hubby even caught a huge fish in the stream that runs through the campground. It is very close to shopping, and the Dutch Wonderland Amusement Park is right next door, but you still feel like you are in a pleasant country setting. We will definitely stay here again soon! We camped at Old Mill Stream Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park at Quarryville, Quarryville, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: June, 2008 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

This was our first camping trip to Pennsylvania, and we picked this campground. Big Mistake! The owner was very rude and arrogant. He seems to think he has to let everyone know how cocky and obnoxious he is, and actually acts like he wants to pick fights with the campers! It is obvious that the campground rules only apply to some campers, and others are allowed to do as they please. The staff in the camp store was very unfriendly. The advertised NEW waterpark was no where near finished. The paintball shop was closed every day we were there. These people have no business running a campground, especially when they act like they are doing you a favor by letting you stay there! Please don't waste your time camping here when there are so many nice campgrounds in the area. We camped at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park at Quarryville in a Travel Trailer.

Frontier Town Family Campground, Berlin, Maryland

Date of Stay: April, 2008 - $43.00
Overall Rating:

This was an enjoyable stay for a couple of days during the off season. This campground is a little too crowded for us during the peak summer season. In the summer it is like a circus; golf carts driving everywhere; children running wild; great place for people who love huge crowds. We camped at Frontier Town Family Campground in a Travel Trailer.
