Date of Stay:

A very nice campground. Stayed previously in October of 2005, then again in August 2009. We were escorted to our site, and the owners helped us back in. The sites were very clean and with the best hookups (especially water) that I have ever used. They have some shaded sites and also sites with great views of the Amish farms. Not much for children to do, however, we loved the peace and quiet. We found the owners were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return to Country Haven in the near future.

We stay at Beacon Hill often, only living two hours away. We always enjoy our stay and look forward to returning. The sites are tight, but the convenience of the Amish shops and food are worth it. It's great seeing the Amish buggies clip clop by, and viewing the farms across the street. An Amish girl stopped by and sold cakes and cookies. Beacon Hill is always very clean and the owners are the friendliest we have ever encountered.

Our first time at Wild Duck Campground was wonderful. It was extremely quiet and relaxing. The laundry room and bathrooms were spotless. We had a back in premium site that had plenty of room along with a beautiful view of the salt water marsh. We are looking forward to visting again in September. The only improvement that they could make would be more stone or gravel at the sites.
