Cedar Pass Campground (NPS Campground), Badlands National Park, South Dakota

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $14.00
Overall Rating:

We knew what we were getting in this park. There are no services. But, there are modern bathrooms with running water. The sites are large. But, you parallel park next to them. We camped at Cedar Pass Campground (NPS Campground) in a Motorhome.

Showers need some repairs and updates. The owners were very nice. They met us as we arrived, checked us in in right away and directed us to our site. The park was very clean, but the sites were a little close to each other. We camped at AB Camping & RV Park in a Motorhome.

Fishing Bridge Campground (NPS Campground), Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

The restrooms were clean. I felt like we were in a parking lot though. The sites are so close to each other. The showers cost $3.25 per person. For the price, the showers should have been included. We camped at Fishing Bridge Campground (NPS Campground) in a Motorhome.

Rushmore Shadows RV Resort, Rapid City, South Dakota

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

The restroom/showers and laundry room were very clean. The pool area is nice. I did not like the camp site though. We had to back into a site at an angle. This left for little room for a picnic table without your neighbors rig in your site. We had to run out power cord through our other neighbors site to hook up. The back of out motor home was 2 feet from their picnic table. The $15 per night was a C2C price. We camped at Rushmore Shadows RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Average site, with level gravel pads. The restrooms could use some updating, but they were clean. The Wi-Fi and cable worked well. We camped at Arrow Campground in a Motorhome.

What a nice park, and only $17/night. The sites were very larger and well separated. We stayed here to visit Boston. It is about a 30 minute drive. Enterprise is close and will pick you up if you want to rent a car. We camped at Wompatuck State Park in a Motorhome.
