Travelers World RV Resort, San Antonio, Texas

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice park, a little construction to up grade so it was tolerable. Very clean. Laundry clean and nice. Staff was very friendly and knowledgable about area as well as suggestions as to avoid road issues. The game room was great, no charge for any games. Fittness room great. Would stay here again if in the area. We were there for Lackland Basic Training graduation. This park is a few miles away but very convenient. We camped at Travelers World RV Resort in a Motorhome.

CasaBlanca Resort-Casino, Mesquite, Nevada

Date of Stay: September, 2016 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

On checking in you had to go inside casino. Not easy to park rv and not have a long walk inside. Receptionist I checked in with had no clue about anything regarding rv park. We chose a pull through. Very short and tight with someone on each side. No place to park tow vehicle. Wish we would have seen review about pull throughs. Would highly recommend a back-in. Cable very poor. We camped at CasaBlanca Resort-Casino in a Motorhome.

Champagne Lakes, Escondido, California

Date of Stay: January, 2012 - $23.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for 2 months this year. The park is pretty quiet, except for the construction noise. Most of the sites are used by long term residents. Most of which were very nice and considerate. There is a posted 10 miles per hour speed limit which is not followed or enforced. The park staff are the fastest drivers here. The owner is improving the park by redoing the sites to make them larger and all with concrete pads. The equipment that is being used to do the work runs all day and adds to the noise. This is a temporary issue, but it appears they will be working for a year or more on the park. Hopefully they will make the sites a little wider to allow for comfortable use of the patio area with the slide-outs. Your tow car must be parked in the site as well. Makes for a cramped site. Monthly electric runs about $130. This added to the $699 for the monthly fee makes it a little high. We did compare it with a park closer to the 78 fwy and it was much higher, with a lot more freeway noise. All in all we had a very pleasant stay but look forward to seeing it when all construction is completed. We camped at Champagne Lakes in a Motorhome.

Fort Amarillo RV Resort, Amarillo, Texas

Date of Stay: June, 2011 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

This is the second time we have stayed here. Pull through sites are more than adequate. Nice, friendly staff. Store is great for take home gifts. Nice relaxing setting. Not too impressed with the swimming pool area. With it inside, it is more like a sauna. Putting green needs some work. All in all a pretty good park. We camped at Fort Amarillo RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Rancheria RV Park, Hat Creek, California

Date of Stay: July, 2010 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

Our site was okay except for the three adjacent sites that had what appeared to be permanent residents using them. We never saw anyone here, but they were very cluttered with "stuff" even though the rules state nothing is to be left out around or under the rigs. Fire rings were a mess as they were being used as trash disposal. The office staff was borderline rude. Went to the store to buy milk. Never was greeted or told how much I owed, had to read the register as the clerk was in a conversation with another employee. Was not acknowledged through the whole transaction. Will not use this facility again. We camped at Rancheria RV Park in a Motorhome.

Bellingham RV Park, Bellingham, Washington

Date of Stay: June, 2008 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Easily located. Park very clean and level spaces. Gentlemen in office very friendly and informative. They had a breakfast buffet on July 4th and a waffle breakfast on the weekend at no charge. Wi-Fi was available and easy to access. The laundry room and restrooms were exceptionally clean and nice. A few long term residents but not too bad. One in particular had STUFF stored under their rig even with this being against the written rules. This was the only negative to this park. We camped at Bellingham RV Park in a Motorhome.

Beaver KOA, Beaver, Utah

Date of Stay: June, 2008 - $29.00
Overall Rating:

It snowed the night we stayed here. There were a few tree limbs down in the morning to add to the slow departure from the park. The staff was very helpful and concerned about damage and making sure everyone was taken care of. The helped everyone shovel the snow off their slides and roofs. This park had easy access and a nice play area for the kids. The store was well stocked and the clerk was very nice. We camped at Beaver KOA in a Motorhome.

This is a new park and exceptionally clean and comfortable. The men in the office/store were very helpful and courteous. The information they provided was very nice to have. The pool and common areas were great. This park will become a 10 as the trees mature and grow. We camped at Horn Rapids RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Rainbow RV Resort, Eatonville, Washington

Date of Stay: June, 2008 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Sites were not wide enough for the slideouts and the awning of our motorhome. The electrical 30 amp service continually tripped breaker. We were told not to use our microwave as it would trip it. The water pressure was very poor, at times non existant. We were not given information on the park, not even where our site was located. Most of the park was used by permanent residents. On the positive side the common area by the lake was nice. The park was fairly quiet. We camped at Rainbow RV Resort in a Motorhome.
