Our first week here was $77 based on Passport America Rate. We liked it so much we stayed an extra month. There are no washrooms, showers, pools, hot tubs etc. There is a laundry and a clubhouse. Library not set up yet. This park is brand new. There's rarely anyone at the office at this point. Sites are huge with paved roads although sites aren't paved. Sites with view more expensive. Fairly close to the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum. Park located west of Tucson off Ajo Highway. We tend not to use the extra amenities that's why I gave it a high rating.

This place is getting a bad rap with the narrow roads comments. The roads aren't that bad. We have a 38 ft fifth wheel and had no problem and our site was on the top level. Yes, there are hills. You're on a mountain! The sites are narrow however, no picnic table but the price was right as it's a Passport America campground. We stayed 4 nights and it suited us well. They have wifi near the office and in the library. The library is very nice, books, games, tapes, laundry is $1.00 to wash and .25 for 15 min.to dry.

This is a beautiful place to spend time. The only drawback is the 10% grade over 1 mile to get in and out of the park. It's quite a haul but the scenery and wildlife are worth it. It was quiet and peaceful except on the weekends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you don't have a Texas State park pass the daily rate for RVs is $24.

This is a nice little park for $10 (honor system) with 30 amp service. It's a short drive into El Reno, but has a country feel. The dump station for the park is way on the other side of the golf course so it's quite a distance away. There are no signs within the park to tell you where it is. We went to the Chamber of Commerce office to find out. Great value for the money. There are no rest rooms or laundry room on site.

This park would be a 10 if they had sewers. Nice large sites. Ours was backing on Aransas Bay, clear view of the south for the satellites. The wooded area would have problems accessing satellite in a lot of spots. Lots of birds to see. Jan/Feb/Mar they have a bird walk four mornings a week. They also had slide shows at the rec centre to explain what is happening at GISP, bird identification, all sorts of things. They even have a book exchange program and very close to Rockport for shopping etc. We enjoyed our stay here and would have stayed longer if they weren't full.

The biggest drawback to the State Park was the showers. They were grungy and need an overhaul. Other than that we enjoyed being at MISP. Being just a short walk to a very long beach was very enjoyable.

This is a new park right in town that opened last year. They don't have a swimming pool yet, their cable isn't hooked up yet, their wifi is intermittent but their sites are a good size and not right on top of each other and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and a nice park. We stayed for a month so the rate is based on monthly plus electric. We liked the location and we like the town very much. It's the nicest park in the area right now. We could see the satellite for our internet and TV without a problem. Staff are nice. Rec room is small for potlucks etc.

Very pretty, quiet area. Internet satellite access okay. Saw lots of deer. Not much water in falls due to dry season. We could only overnight as they were full for the weekend. Would return to this park. We bought a parks pass, otherwise there is also a daily admission fee.

Polite staff, clean park, easy to find, quiet and just outside Mount Pleasant which is a quaint town although it has all the amenities. No problem setting up our internet satellite. We would stay here again.

This campground is about 20 miles west of Memphis, TN on I-40. This park is badly in need of maintenance. Only 1 toilet worked in the men's washroom. In the laundry room 1 dryer was not vented and it was dirty. The good news is that it is right off of I-40. The bad news is that it is just across from a TA Truck Stop, so noisy day and night. Sewer didn't work at our site. We had to back out of our pull through to get out of our site, as the trees were too low for us to use the drive. Campground part of Super 8 campground. They had a pool and Wi-Fi. This used to be a KOA and I don't think anything has been done to it since they pulled out. It rained while we were here, and our rig was sitting in a lake. The lake is pretty but that's the only part that was pretty. The campground itself is functional and ok for a stopover.

Passport America rate. Washrooms were closed for the season. OK spot for overnighting. We have a 38ft fifth wheel and it just fit in the spot but we didn't have any trouble getting in or out. Very nice elderly lady greeted us. Had no problem with setting up our satellite internet. Campground does need some work-broken tables, leaky water taps but the price was good.

Rate is based on weekly rate. I thought it was expensive for off season; very clean park; nice washrooms, both of us showered for a quarter (communal showers); no lineups; not enough washers all in one place although there is more than one laundry room; quite handy to Montreal but lots of traffic at rush hour to cross the St. Lawrence River to get into Montreal; we have internet satellite and we able to get a signal;good store on site; RV service right next door; campground is in an industrial park;we had 30 amp service for this price, 50 amp is more.

Date of Stay:

There is a special on now for $99/wk for 30 amp; $5/day extra for 50 amp; Good Sam and Passport America available but not with the $99/wk special; very nice people; English spoken; petting zoo, playground. Sites are mostly grass and a bit wet when it rains, nice laundry room with outdoor clothes line; ferry about 10 min. away takes you to old Quebec City in about 12 min. A bit out of the way but a very nice campground. Wifi is free right now as just getting set up - it works intermittently.

Lots of beautiful scenery in this park. We had a beautiful view out our back window. Drawback for us techno types are you can't get internet or TV satellite from all spots (might get TV from some); lots of trees; they have 6 spots that have wifi ($40/wk) and satellite TV (didn't ask the price); we left after 1 day because we couldn't see our satellite.

Rate based on monthly rate. Sites backing on river have no sewer but dump station available. A lot of sites not level so leveling blocks needed. Sites are large. Close to Lindsay and a short drive to Peterborough. About 2 hrs from Toronto in the Kawartha Lakes District. River is Scugog River part of Trent-Severn Waterway. Family owned and operated. This is our third year coming here and we're treated like family! We like it here.
