All time champion for being overpriced, and it's an additional whopper $20 deposit, if you need a bathhouse key; glad we didn't. Site not level. Hookups satisfactory. Wifi satisfactory. No cable. This place is Days Inn at Ritz Carlton prices. On the positive side, it was safe and quiet, and the camp host was friendly and helpful. County owned, and they aren't worried about competition. Had placed chemicals dangerous to dogs on grass, but check in staff did know of it; we were warned by some other campers. Suggest double checking directions to the park.

Basic gravel field owned by the county with just water, electric, and sewer hookups. No real competition; they know they have you. Overpriced for what it is, but this area is an RV park desert. Felt safe, and site was level. Access from 101 was OK, just pay attention.

This park is not easy to get to, but it's worth it when you do. Level concrete pad with excellent hookups in pull through site. Good wifi and cable. Excellent restaurant located on premises, an unusual and unexpected bonus.

Date of Stay:

Level but small site, barely large enough for RV. Very bureaucratic typical of large company. Staff tried to be helpful, but started disconnecting toad at bad place although asked not to, and wasn't facile with back in guidance. Won't stay here again, mostly due to site too small.

This is a grade A park with good cable and acceptable wifi. The wifi has a wrinkle that prevents Quicken from working, so don't try it here. Level concrete pad and very convenient hookups in pull through site. The reservation process is more time consuming and bureaucratic than filing your tax return, because it's handled by the Xantera Supreme Reservations Directorate located in Denver. Its customer deflecting robot and fine print filled reservation spiel will discourage all but the most determined caller. However, once at the park itself, pleasant and helpful describes the experience, and the Passport America price actually embarrassed me. If you can put up with the reservation process, this is a really nice park. We would stay here again.

Have stayed here several times. Fairly level, gravel sites with hookups located more for trailer than motor home. No cable, but good over the air TV. Wifi only at office building. Access from I-17 is good, and location is good.

Pleasant spot in boondocks. Spacious site, but all sites are on a slope and require some leveling. Will stay here again if in the area.

Excellent overnight stop with good access from I-10. Level pull through site with well located hookups. Good wifi and cable. Would stay here again.

A little unusual. Excellent facilities. Well placed hookups. Good wifi and cable. Located on Guadalupe river bank between and below two bridges over the river. Staff very friendly and helpful. Will probably stay here again.

Stayed here several days. Safe, clean facilities with well located hookups. Enough room. Level gravel site.

Stayed here overnight. Level concrete pad with convenient hookups. Good wifi and cable TV. Combined with motel and office always staffed. This park is well taken care of. Convenient to I-10. Safe & pleasant for overnight stay.

This park has gone downhill since our last visit, but it might depend on your site. Ours was pull through, but the hookups were ill placed; a back in might be better. Our site was flooded near the pedestal due to a leaking water valve. No staff at the park any longer. Very bureaucratic reservation process by staff located in a different city. Doubt if we will stay here again.

Repeat stay. Still and excellent place for overnight. Level concrete pad, paved streets. Connections more suited to trailer than motor home, but OK. One of the few places where Tengo Internet actually works well. Convenient location. Will probably stay here again.

Date of Stay:

Repeat stay. Still an excellent spot for overnight. Level, packed grass/dirt with convenient connections and good wifi. Easy off and on US287. Will stay here again.
