Sharp RV Park, Saint Joseph, Missouri

Date of Stay: August, 2013 - $20.00
Overall Rating:

Nice attendant met me as I pulled in on short gravel entry. Quick explanation asking about RV associations lead to $20/night for a pull through with 50amp. He lead me with golf cart through short gravel road with tight turns to a single pull-through with overhead trees. Nice long term residents, older style park, clean but tight. Adequate for one night to get off road, good power, Direct-TV access after several moves. Adjacent to camp road. We camped at Sharp RV Park in a Motorhome.

Trailer Inns RV Parks, Yakima, Washington

Date of Stay: September, 2008 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Moderate blacktop interior roads, spacious gravel site with adequate room for auto parking. Rear security gates closed in the evening. I was able to obtain DirecTv satellite, inspite of the many interior shade trees. WiFi wasn't functioning during our stay, but excellent Verizon aircard service. Located at the north end of Yakima with excellent access to various highways and Interstate. No water restrictions on washing vehicles. We camped at Trailer Inns RV Parks in a Motorhome.

Pony Express RV Resort, North Salt Lake, Utah

Date of Stay: September, 2008 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Generally speaking, this part of the SLC area is industrial. However, the park sits pretty much by itself, and is subject to some noise from the nearby Interstates. Easy access to freeway & downtown SLC, and a Flying J is just a short drive north of the park. Park itself is new, clean, with several outbuildings with bath/laundries. Park is secure, with coded gate at entrance. Main building has small sundries/groceries shop, pool, and meeting room. Interior roads are very good and RV pads & auto parking are concrete. Modern picnic tables & small lawns separate sites. Park personnel are knowledgeable and very friendly. We camped at Pony Express RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Paved roads, grass & picnic tables between sites, space between sites is somewhat tight but not bad, adequate maneuvering room, nice laundry, very friendly personnel, near local attractions, but 50+ miles to east entrance of Yellowstone Park, Verizon cell & air card functioned well. We camped at Absaroka Bay RV Park in a Motorhome.
