Louisville North Campground (formerly Louisville Metro KOA), Clarksville, Indiana

Date of Stay: July, 2008 - $43.00
Overall Rating:

This is a KOA that I would pass by. Some slots are very difficult to get in/out. The KOA books states that the pool is only a half block away; more like two blocks or more. Their roads are in need of repair so expect a very rocky ride upon arrival/departure. For families, the only thing for children to do is a small playground. Would not recommend this campground for anything other than maybe an overnighter. And for that, its a little too pricey for me. We camped at Louisville North Campground (formerly Louisville Metro KOA) in a Motorhome.

Crawfordsville KOA, Crawfordsville, Indiana

Date of Stay: July, 2008 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

My husband and I camped here for the 4th of July weekend and were pleasantly surprised. This is a very nice, quiet, and well kept campground. We did not have any problems with the Wi-Fi, nor did we have any problems getting into our slot (we had a full hook-up pull through.) Didn't even need to use their cable as our satellite worked perfectly. Very friendly staff. Even had a free ice cream social for all of the campers. Also, they have two clean doggie walk areas for you to use. I'd recommend this campground highly for anyone who needs a nice quiet place to stay. We camped at Crawfordsville KOA in a Motorhome.

O'Connell's Yogi Bear Jellystone Park Camp-Resort, Amboy, Illinois

Date of Stay: May, 2008 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

This is the best campground for families. Plenty of activities, great staff, even Yogi Bear, Boo Boo, and Cindy Bear are in attendance! A little difficult to find if your not familiar with the area, but well worth the trip. We camped at O'Connell's Yogi Bear Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in a Motorhome.
