This is an absolutely beautiful rv park. It is a well maintained park with spacious sites. They have taken pride in their property with its waterfront and river views. But I didn't give it a full 10 stars because of the laundry facility. The charge is $2.00 for each washer or dryer. I had to first clean the tops of the washers BEFORE I could put clothes into them. My husband cleaned all the filters. There was spilled soap on the dirty floor which we had to walk around. There was one grocery cart to transfer clothing from washer to dryer. With a park resort as beautiful as it is, it is a shame to go into the laundry and pay a costly amount of money to launder clothing and yet, have to clean the place before doing so.

This RV park was a nice surprise. It is an easy park to access from I-5. The hostess was friendly at check-in. It is very clean, cared for, and very quiet. It is surrounded by the northern hills. We stayed over night and would not hesitate to stop again.

We have stayed at Glenyan Campground for the last five years because of its proximity to downtown Ashland. The facilities are adequate. We thought the owners were going to upgrade the park, but it seems that each year there are more permanent residents and some sites are very, very shabby with wash hanging on lines outside and junk piled around the sites. There are lots of tent sites and less than a handful of sites suited for motorhomes over 35 feet. None of the sites we have stayed in had asphalt, concrete or grass. They were all dry, dusty dirt. With over 60 sites, it is pretty quiet. The owners are friendly and helpful if needed.

This is a beautifully maintained park on the Sacramento River. It is easily accessed from I-5. The sites are large with concrete pads and enhanced with landscaping including grassy areas with picnic tables. The layout provides for easy maneuvering of large motorhomes. The staff is the friendliest we have encountered. The river sites provide a beautiful view and a short walk to the edge. We look forward to returning next year.

Deerwood is an easily accessed park from I-5. There was a back log at the check-in when we arrived as the area at check-in has room for only one rig. The people behind must idle on the access road. The park has abundant landscaping and many shady sites. However, even though there were shady sites we were not allowed to choose an empty shaded site we wanted. The unfriendly person at check-in said we had already been assigned a site and no changes could be made. The laundry facilities were clean, but again the unfriendly office person said he couldn't keep quarters in supply for everyone. We had to go into town to get quarters and took our laundry with us to a very nice laundry in Springfield. Ninety percent of the occupied sites contained had pull-alongs. There were only 6 motor coaches. A high percentage of the sites held permanent and semi-permanent rigs. No choice of sites, the unfriendly manager, and so many permanent residents over-shadow the lovely camp grounds.

We stay here on over night trips to northern California. The park is easily accesses from the interstate. It is clean and maneuvering a large motorhome into spaces is easily done. Although the sites are mostly unshaded they are clean and neatly maintained. Each site has a picnic table. It is perfect for an overnight stay, but I would not think of this park as a destination rv resort park.

We have stayed at this park many times, and we have always found it in a well maintained condition and the staff is customer friendly. It is easily accessed from the highway and easily accommodates large rigs. Each site has a picnic table and most have shrubs and trees. TV is limited. The small mission town of San Juan Bautista offers a few good restaurants, the Cutting Horse is one. The negative about about the park location is that the ocean winds are almost always blowing through the hills and most times we have stayed here, we were not able to sit or eat outside because of the windy conditions.
