Very nice park. Family run. Owners were very helpful. Park was clean and great for families. There is not a lot to do around the park except seeing the Sand Dunes We camped at Alamosa KOA in a Motorhome.

Pikes Peak RV Park, Manitou Springs, Colorado

Date of Stay: July, 2008 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

We camped here on a "chance." It is a wonderful park. The management is top notch. They even loaned us a ladder so we could do a minor roof repair. Manager sat and chatted with us at our campsite one evening. There is a lovely mountain stream that ran right behind our RV and deer would wander down it in the evening. The campground is only about a mile from downtown Manitou Springs and Historic Old Colorado City. It is very close to Garden of the Gods, Pike's Peak, the Cliff Dwellings, Caves, waterfalls, etc. This has been the best campground of our travels since last January. We camped at Pikes Peak RV Park in a Motorhome.

Albuquerque North / Bernalillo KOA, Bernalillo, New Mexico

Date of Stay: June, 2008 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Clean park. Easy for our 39' motorhome to navigate. Easy to locate. Close to great historical sites. Most of the full time residents were in another area. Dog "park" was very small. We camped at Albuquerque North / Bernalillo KOA in a Motorhome.
