May be OK for 1-2 nights. Park is ant infested and management only pays lip service to spraying. Majority of users are here for medical reasons, as am I. Their rate is high at $571/month plus 15.5 cents per kwh. The WiFi is intermittent at best and again the management does nothing to resolve the problem. The park has rental units (cottages and trailers) however some of these are ant infested. The dog run areas are very small, have no shade and, again are covered with ants. I have talked to other people staying here, and they have the same complaints. However, as I said, most of them are here for medical reasons and cannot afford the time to continually complain to the management.

One of the best parks we have stayed in. Sites are gravel but level, and are on different elevations. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great location to visit the Grand Canyon, or to just visit the quaint old railroad town of Williams.

Stayed here for 4 days while our son participated in a triathlon. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy access to the beach which is a great place to let the dogs run.

We left this park after 1 day due to very unfriendly staff and all the extra charges. My sister and her husband came to visit, and were charged $6.00 each to enter the park. Actually, some of the staff were OK, but the owners/management were rude. We forfeited our second day fee just to leave the park. Moved to Lehman's Lakeside Resort which was farther away but a much better park.
