Interstate Overnight Park, Christiansburg, Virginia

Date of Stay: July, 2008 - $24.00
Overall Rating:

This is what it is, an overnight campground. It was quiet and the owners pleasant. It was basically a parking lot for campers. We were satisfied with it for a one night stopover. We camped at Interstate Overnight Park in a Motorhome.

Heritage Cove Resort, Saxton, Pennsylvania

This is one of our favorite campgrounds. It is clean and quiet. It is a great campground for families with children. Although the road into the campground is extremely bad, if you take your time and go slowly you should have no problems. The owners are very friendly. We highly recommend this campground. We camped at Heritage Cove Resort in a Motorhome.

Hiddenite Family Campground, Hiddenite, North Carolina

Date of Stay: July, 2008 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

This is a very nice family campground. If you are looking for something fancy, look elsewhere. However, if you are looking for a nice, quiet, family oriented campground, this is it. It is clean and quiet. We have a 34' motor home and had plenty of room. The pool is clean and a nice size. There is a laundry room, which is also clean. There are some older permanent campers on site. However, they are not really an issue. There are miniature horses, pigs, rabbits and goats for the kids to see and pet. The only thing that would improve this campground is a store to sell essentials, i.e. milk, bread, eggs, etc. This is a wonderful family owned campground. We highly recommend it and will definitely return. We camped at Hiddenite Family Campground in a Motorhome.
