This park is clean and tidy, well managed. I was led to my site in a professional and helpful manner. The laundry room and showers were clean. The office staff was helpful when I needed to find stores nearby. It's expensive, but it's also on the edge of St. Paul and very convenient to the Twin Cities. Most of the sites are pull-throughs, and the roads are easy to navigate. There is some shade on most sites. I stayed here for 4 nights. It is easy to get to, just off Interstate 94. The traffic noise from the freeway is mild. The negatives for me were: Wi-Fi only in the office (or on the picnic table outside the office), and no recycling, which is why I only gave it a 7. With Wi-Fi and recycling it would be a 9. I will stay here again.

This is a most pleasant little RV park. The gravel sites are pretty level, there are many beautiful trees, and except for the site pads, the entire park is grass. It's a little oasis of mature shade trees in the midst of farm fields becoming sub divisions. It is well cared for, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It seems that most of the full hook-up sites are occupied by long term residents. I myself stayed for two months. I didn't meet anyone who was not cordial. There are a few pull-through for overnight. I will happily stay here again.

This is an urban park, not a resort, although there is a city park with swimming pool just across the street. Yes, the sites are tight: there were only a few inches to spare between our awning and the next rig. I had no trouble navigating through the park with my 34' 5th wheel. If you're going to visit Louisville, this is the place to stay. It's just across the river from downtown Louisville, literally only minutes away. The staff is helpful and friendly; the showers, restrooms, and laundry are clean. I've stayed here twice, for three months both times, and would not hesitate to stay again.
