Kids waterpark was a hit. Sites are short but managable. Best bathrooms we had in a 16 day trip by far - hotel quality. Give them a try when in Great Falls - Nice Folks! We camped at Great Falls KOA in a Tent Trailer.

Headwaters Lodge & Cabins at Flagg Ranch (formerly Flagg Ranch Resort), Moran, Wyoming

Date of Stay: July, 2008 - $50.00
Overall Rating:

Private sites, dusty and dry, dirt surface: everything gets dirty. Asked for bear box to store food in. They brought one and then came back and took it away saying they were for tents only? We have tent campers? Not sure about that policy. For the price they should include the bear box. We camped at Headwaters Lodge & Cabins at Flagg Ranch (formerly Flagg Ranch Resort) in a Motorhome.

Hardin KOA, Hardin, Montana

Date of Stay: July, 2008 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Awesome folks here! Well kept grounds. They offered to keep the swimming pool open later for our kids after a bad experience at the Grandview RV Park nearby. Owner operator made sure everything wass to our liking. I would highly recommend this place and we had 4 popups and 24 people. We camped at Hardin KOA in a Tent Trailer.

Grandview Campground & RV Park, Hardin, Montana

Date of Stay: July, 2008 - $40.00

Absolutely the worst! We made reservations 6 months in advance based on the misleading website. We arrived on the 7th of July and the entrance should have been our warning. Looked as if units were packed in like sardines. Manager/owner advised us of our spots (4 popups traveling together) and we proceeded to them. We found that we were in an un-kept gravel lot next to an outbuilding with 3 electrical hookups attached to it for 4 units. We were advised we could not use our air because 2 units had to share one electrical hookup. We all (24 of us) decided we did not feel the sites to be adequate and proceed immediately to the office for refund. The owner was rude, and inconsiderate and refused a refund -BEWARE!!! When we said we would head over to the Hardin KOA they said it would be worse, yea right - it was 100 times better and they were extremely hospitable. If you prefer avoiding difficulties like this on vacation - avoid Grandview RV park in Hardin, MT at all costs! We camped at Grandview Campground & RV Park in a Tent Trailer.
