We are a 45 footer and stuck way out in the Premium View Sites. The views are great , but that's where it ends. No WiFi anywhere in the park , although they claim it's there. Very well kept landscape, but too much gravel and no grass anywhere except the tent sites. would not stay again as there are many other choices.

This is the place to stay in Las Vegas. Excellent facilities and real nice staff. Have stayed here several times and even though the park is huge, the personal service is above most others. Great pool, small breakfast/lunch café with good food. Security and 10 minutes to the "Strip".

We have stayed here in years past because of it's proximity to Zion, but never again. The park does have nice trees and concrete sites, but most are far from level and many other campers needed to use blocks to level the coach. The trees will also do damage if you are not careful and they no longer trim when requested to leave our site, so we had to back out of a pull-through due to so many low branches. They will toss your shoes and mats from your site if they are touching the grass, and the sites are not cleaned of mud and debris as they used to. It is sad that this park has really gone down in quality and service and way up in price. There is no Internet even though they claim there is and no cell phone service. Sites have a lot of small garbage in the gravel, from cigarette butts to auto parts packaging.

We have stayed here many times in the past, but will seek out another local park because the rates have doubled since last Fall for no apparent reason except that they added a small pool. The park is very neat and clean, but tight gravel sites with no other amenities than a pool and laundry room. The monthly rate is lower and has filled the park with permanent residents and only a few pull-throughs and back ins for the overnighters.

This is a level, clean, friendly park. Very spread out and separated into 3 different areas. One is excellent for a Rally of up to as many as 40 coaches. The Staff is great and the few permanent residents are all very friendly and have social events. It is a bit of a drive to anything (at least 20 min), but worth the mountain views all around and the quiet nights. We have been here a week now after coming for 2 days...

Slow time , but several overnighters. We stayed here twice this month while go up and down the state. Always well kept, reliable hook ups and great people in the office. Coffee is available in the office lobby/ kitchen. We always stay here.

For the west, this is as good as it gets. Well kept great mountain views. Family owned and run. Close to everything and 8 miles to downtown Santa Fe. We have stayed here over a dozen times and always will when in area.

Date of Stay:

Well kept and close to everything. There is a grass area for pets and this is rare in Deming. Spots are easy to get in and out. Several residents. Nice indoor pool.

This resort is undergoing some changes and, it appears, for the better. There is expansion going on and the resort was very social and lively. The golf course was a bit weedy, but nice. Very secure gated community. Nice mix of owners and renters.

Very nice new park that is two years old. The area is another matter and could use more than just the big lake to visit. There are no places to eat. What's here is awful, but there is always fast food in Truth or Consequences, five miles away. No movie theaters, although there is a bowling alley. Just bring your own food with you. The park is all good and from gravel to concrete sites and all mostly level. There are three sections, but all nice and they are constructing a big recreation building right in the middle for the town with indoor pool and arts theater. We were on the monthly rate is the reason for the cheap rate. The park is first rate and we will always stay when passing through on I-25.

This was our 4th time staying here and although having no sewer hook up we still like this park. The brothers that own it are laid back and keep the place in decent shape. There is a dump on the property and the sites are ok and most level. Great views and the I-70 traffic noise is faint. They did have working Wi-Fi, too.

Date of Stay:

Very expensive rates. Very nice owner and always lots of goodies in the clubhouse for munching. Sites and road are very tight and road is noisy to a point of being disturbing. Choose a site on the river for more quiet. Most owners do not seem to be engaged and the park is relatively calm and quiet.

Date of Stay:

Well maintained, but all gravel and landscaping is sparse. Owners of park are nice , but site owners are distant as are the employees. Good Wi-Fi and nice level sites, but on a very noisy highway.

Date of Stay:

Positive points are that they are close to town and nice owners. Beyond that this is a gravel parking lot and there are many other options in Ouray. Very noisy road, as well.

Date of Stay:

Very tight for big rigs. Had to back out of a pull through, due to trees so close to front of lot when leaving. Fair WiFi. Very friendly staff... Need to pave the roads, but the site was perfectly level and concrete. Great eats within minutes of park.
