The Glades RV Resort, Moore Haven, Florida

Date of Stay: March, 2009 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

Loads of amenities, from a nice golf course to a grill, marina, lovely pool, dog-friendly, and more. It's central FL's best kept secret. Less than an hour from historic Ft. Myers or Lake Okeechobee. The marina is small and waters are well-protected for some excellent bass fishing. It's obvious that improvements have been made and more planned. Check it out! We camped at The Glades RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Aquia Pines Camp Resort, Stafford, Virginia

Date of Stay: July, 2008 - $53.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here 1 night as an easy in/out spot, and it was perfect for what we needed. WiFi worked fine and there are lots of amenities in very close proximity. We didn't even hear road noise, as we suspected we might. We camped at Aquia Pines Camp Resort in a Motorhome.

Americamps RV Resort (formerly Richmond North / Americamps KOA), Ashland, Virginia

Date of Stay: June, 2008 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

This is a perfect overnight spot, and we love the trees. Just enough for shade and beauty but not too many to pose a driving hazard. The local truck stop is a huge convenience too. We have stayed here several times and will continue to do so. We camped at Americamps RV Resort (formerly Richmond North / Americamps KOA) in a Motorhome.

We stayed here 2 nights and it was wonderful! There are veggie gardens all around and lots of flowers. Mark took us to a big potato patch and let us dig potatoes and onions. SUCH FUN! We camped at Pegasus Farm Campground in a Motorhome.
