Rock Springs / Green River KOA, Rock Springs, Wyoming

Date of Stay: July, 2008 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

I suspect there are two kinds of folks in this park: long-time people working in the gas and oil fields, and people like me who spend one night here on the way to somewhere else. Rock Springs is not much of a town but his park is a couple miles outside. The facilities were adequate and the staff friendly and helpful. I would recommend this for a one night stay but certainly not for a destination. We camped at Rock Springs / Green River KOA in a Travel Trailer.

I spent only one night here, but found the setting serene and pretty, after several days traveling across the Great Basin. No complaints. Cool temperature at night. We camped at Coachland RV Park in a Travel Trailer.

Emerald Forest Cabins & RV, Trinidad, California

Date of Stay: July, 2008 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

We spent two weeks at this park, waiting for a grandchild to be born. Trinidad is a wonderfully picturesque little town and Emerald Forest RV is a great park right in the redwoods, within walking distance of the town itself. The park is very well run. The staff are friendly and accommodating, and everything is clean and tidy. The park is family friendly. We will stay here again, for sure. Wi-fi and cable TV worked fine. We camped at Emerald Forest Cabins & RV in a Travel Trailer.
