Nice park. Just stayed one night but would definitely stay again.

Great little park just starting up. roads are dirt/sand but easy to get around. Owners met us and escorted us to our site. We had a problem with the door lock on our 5er but owner had an extra lock and sold to us at low rate. Close to I-10 but noise was not too bad.

We stayed here for a rally. Had a great time in the area - especially visiting the Civil War NP and the downtown river area. If you stay here, you have to eat at the Tomato Place (very eclectic) and also Solly's Hot Tamales. Very little interaction with staff but they were nice. Sites are gravel but mostly level with very little shade.

Sites small but easy to get into. We only stayed one night but would stay again on our way thru the area. Lots of activity in the Agricenter - wish that we had time to check it out. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by.

Stayed here for the FROG rally (800 units this year). Enjoyed the campground and all of the people attending the rally. Lots to do in the area. We stayed in the infield so it was a bit crowded but they are all friends. Office staff was friendly and the fairgrounds was very clean and neat.

Huge park with lots of seasonal campers. We visited my sister who is staying there for the summer. Did not partake in any activities although there was lots going on.

We stay here when visiting our daughter in Cincy. Nice park and if you are lucky enough to get a lake view site, a great park. Electric, water and wifi are good. Sites are level and include table and fire ring. The only problem is that you must pay either a $3 per day park admission or a $10 per year pass.

About 3 miles off of I-70 but MO63 was pretty busy. Narrow roads getting to our site and had to watch trees very carefully turning into site. Electricity was marginal and we could not run 2nd AC without voltage dropping under 110V. Water pressure was also marginal at 35 psi and wifi was impossible to use even though it said I was connected. Sites were very narrow - barely had enough room to put out slides and awning. thankfully, we only stayed here 1 night and will not return.

Stayed 2 nights to visit Dodge City and Marshal Dillon (disappointed). Site was level and gravel. Electric, water, and wifi ok but it was very hot - especially coming from mountains of CO. Park definitely needs some TLC but heard that owner recently lost her husband.

We stayed here in 2012 and loved the park. It has not changed much but I understand that there have been some problems. It is about 4 miles off the main highway and 6 miles from Mancos but that suits us just fine. Nice and peaceful with lots of cows and horses nearby and some wildlife. Electricity, water, and wifi OK. Our site was level and gravel but some sites not as good. We had a campfire the first night but then it was "red flag" and no fires allowed.

Best park that we stayed at on this trip - one of the very best that we have ever stayed at for ambiance. Mountain views all around (7000 + ft altitude and small river in back of our rv). Just a small park but electric voltage and water pressure were good and wifi was excellent (small park). Staff and owners were super nice. Town is very small with little to do but relax so stock up with supplies before you come. We stayed here on our way further west and also on the return trip back east.

We stayed here because we attended a rally here. The park is OK and the staff was friendly. Electric voltage and water pressure were good. Wifi was very spotty - usually could not get on (probably becasue too many other campers were trying to use it). The main reason for rating the park only a "5" was the proximity to I-25. Just too noisy starting at 5 AM. It is convenient to Colorado Springs and all of the activities there. Site was gravel but level.

Only stayed 1 night as we were just passing thru. Site was gravel with grass. As others have noted, it is convient to the interstate but this is a negative for us as we heard the road noise. Staff was friendly and it OK for 1 night. If we pass thru here again, we will stop for the evening.

Date of Stay:

Off of the interstate about 3 miles so it was nice and quiet. Electric and water pressure were good. Site was gravel but we did have some shade. Stayed only 1 night since we were just passing thru but would stay here again.
