Rivernook Campground, Kernville, California

Date of Stay: October, 2008 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

A very pretty campground with sites directly on the Kern River, streams running between the rows of campsites, leaves turning, and the mountains rising dramatically up on all sides. Although we booked late and could only get one of the sites near the entrance, the campground was quiet and we enjoyed our stay. The bathrooms were relatively clean but the counters should have been wiped down, and one of the toilets was leaking water. The showers were clean and the water was hot. We will definitely stay here again. We camped at Rivernook Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Santa Cruz Redwoods RV Resort , Felton, California

Date of Stay: August, 2008 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

Great campsites among the redwoods, and close to lots of activities. The only problems we had were that the picnic table at our site was falling apart, and the bathrooms were not kept clean. We camped at Santa Cruz Redwoods RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

We stayed here in the Snowberry RV loop. Site was spacious, clean, and shaded. Although the campground was full it got quiet early. We will definitely stay here again. We camped at Serrano Campground in a Travel Trailer.
