Leisure Lakes RV Park, Pensacola, Florida

Date of Stay: October, 2008 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

New management is starting to bring this park back. Still a lot to do but progress is being made. We used park as a base camp to visit relatives so it worked out fine. Some satellite TV friendly sites, Sprint data card worked OK. We camped at Leisure Lakes RV Park in a Motorhome.

Elkhart Service & Collision Campground (Closed) , Elkhart, Indiana

Date of Stay: October, 2008 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

I called Harts on 10/2/08 to see if campground was open and was advised that it is now closed. I suspect it is because of the downturn in the industry. If your thinking about going there, call first. We camped at Elkhart Service & Collision Campground (Closed) in a Motorhome.

International RV Park & Campground, Daytona Beach, Florida

Date of Stay: August, 2008 - $15.00
Overall Rating:

Campground is very nice. Landscaped with palms, and various flowering trees. Some sites have slabs. There are several very long pull thrus suitable for the large rigs even towing trailers. This park is very much in demand during the usual speed week events at Daytona. We camped in August with PassPort America. This is our park of choice in Daytona. We camped at International RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.

Mountain State Travel & Trailer Park, Beckley, West Virginia

Date of Stay: August, 2008 - $18.00
Overall Rating:

OK place to spend a couple of days in the Buckley area. This is a black top parking lot with 20 and 30 amp electric, sewer and water hook up. Be sure to check the electric as I found miswired plugs and some of the 20 amp outlets were dead. We stayed 3 nights and had no problems. We camped at Mountain State Travel & Trailer Park in a Motorhome.
