Rock Crusher Canyon RV Park, Crystal River, Florida

Date of Stay: July, 2012 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

Stayed here 5 times since 2009 and always have been pleased. I cannot say the same this visit. Maintenance crew mowing sites with constant lawn mower noise all day. Had site at bottom of upper level and witnessed permanent residents driving by at 30 mph plus, work trucks , commercial vehicles etc. But the biggest issue: mosquitos, mosquitos, and more mosquitos. Most likely will not visit again. We camped at Rock Crusher Canyon RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Sweetwater / I-75 / Exit 62 KOA, Sweetwater, Tennessee

Date of Stay: January, 2011 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

Arrived the day after twelve inches of snow and bitter cold weather. Sites were clear and all utilities were working properly. Staff could not have been more helpful. They went out of their way to make a six day stay very enjoyable. Not much of a KOA person, but this one is an exception. Would definitely return. We camped at Sweetwater / I-75 / Exit 62 KOA in a Fifth Wheel.

Smoky Bear Campground, Gatlinburg, Tennessee

Date of Stay: September, 2008 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

This is one of the very best campgrounds we have visited. If they had a motto it would be Clean, Clean, Clean. Every site is spotless as is the pool and playground area. A very peaceful setting after a hectic day in Gatlinburg, Pidgeon Forge, or a day trip in the Smokies. Owner's could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable: Would not think twice about visiting in the future. We camped at Smoky Bear Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Hardeeville RV, Hardeeville, South Carolina

Date of Stay: July, 2008 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

Very quite campground with open area or very shady sites. Not much to do in immediate area but just a few easy miles from downtown Savannah, Ga. Owner checked us in at our site after escorting us from office. Very informal for a change. Will stay again when visiting Savannah. We camped at Hardeeville RV in a Fifth Wheel.

Camelot RV Park, Malabar, Florida

Date of Stay: March, 2008 - $46.00
Overall Rating:

It is not really an Rv Park, it is more like a mobile home park with a fenced area for Rv's. Sites cannot be more than 20 feet wide. I thought I was going hit unit next to me opening my slides. Sites are just a few feet from US 1 and truck noise at night is almost unbearable. Owners acted as if they could care less if you stayed there. We cut our visit short and obliged them. We camped at Camelot RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.
