Stayed here en route to Texas. Easy on and off I-20. Very friendly. The first night we were given a pull through site. We didn't realize we were under an oak tree - very disturbed night due to acorns 'bombing ' us. No problem with moving next day. The owner very apologetic. Quiet spot, ideal stopover.

This is such a friendly campsite it makes up for lack of facilities. There is no swimming pool but it is a real neat and homely place to stay. We have been here twice before and it is a great base to explore this Treasure Coast of Florida. Yes there is a railway line but you do get used to it and quite frankly it runs down the length of this coast so lots of campsites will be close. Keith, the manager, really does manage the site well, he takes an interest in all aspects to make your RV stay a pleasant one.

Just a scruffy car park, it is close to Graceland but that is its only redeeming feature. This is not a good part of town to be out in and make sure you lock everything. We just didn't feel safe here, glad we only stayed one night. Passport America rate did help but would rather pay more and have a better experience.

Super place to stay in order to explore the Austin area. Very friendly staff and we got the Passport America rate for a week. The sites are well laid out and nearly all pull through. Lots of shade even though we didn't need it at the time. We would definitely stay again.
