Kenisee Grand River Campground, Geneva, Ohio

Date of Stay: June, 2016 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

Looked like a beautiful campground. BUT there is no satellite access. No cable TV and you can't get any local TV channels off your antenna.

Also, no Wi-Fi. We would not stay here again. It could be okay for overnight if you don't watch TV or need Wi-Fi.. Could not level even with 6 blocks under our jacks. Even with the blocks our wheels were 4" off the ground. We camped at Kenisee Grand River Campground in a Motorhome.

Express RV Park, Loudon, Tennessee

Date of Stay: June, 2016 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

This "RV"park seems like it was an after thought. The park is located behind a motel owned by the motel. It was one of the worst RV park I have stayed in and we have been RVing for 9 years. They have about 15 sites and about 11 or 12 long term residents. Most of them look like junk. My husband said the men's room was so dirty he wouldn't even use it. We will not stay here again. We camped at Express RV Park in a Motorhome.

Pine Cone Resort, Freehold, New Jersey

Date of Stay: July, 2011 - $52.00
Overall Rating:

We chose this park because of the previous ratings and reviews for a family reunion in Colts Neck. When we made our reservation (in March) I thought the staff on the phone were rude. This was confirmed when I re-confirmed our reservation the day prior to arrival. The person on the phone couldn't find the reservation and had the wrong departure date when we found the reservation misfiled. We reserved a 50AMP, full hook up. Upon arrival we were told that there were no sewer hook ups available and we would have to pay $10 to dump! At $52/night and have to pay to dump, and making a reservation months in advance, is outrageous. We have traveled across the country for the past 3 years, and this is one of the worst campgrounds for customer service we have been in. We camped at Pine Cone Resort in a Motorhome.

Beacon Hill Campground (Ages16+), Intercourse, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

Hosts/Owners were extremely nice. Access from Interstate pretty easy. We couldn't receive the satellite in our spot. They had no problem moving us. Had to move from a pull through to a back in. Campground is very hilly but sites are pretty level. Would definitely stay here again! We camped at Beacon Hill Campground (Ages16+) in a Motorhome.

Candy Hill Campground, Winchester, Virginia

Date of Stay: August, 2009 - $47.00
Overall Rating:

We read the reviews before staying here. This park is way too expensive for what it is. We stayed in site F10. BE CAREFUL. The escort did not tell us how to exit the site. We exited to the right. BIG MISTAKE. We ended up scratching the roof on our RV and denting the front bumper on our Jeep. We reported to office. Their comment was sorry; the escort should have told us how to exit the site. If you stay here and are at 36' or larger don't stay in site F10. We camped at Candy Hill Campground in a Motorhome.
