Well run park in a very safe area. Lots to do nearby, stores gas etc. The Train is only a block away but did not bother us.But the day camp is very noisy! The spots are tight, and yes the fire rings can be close to your rig, but we were on an end of the row spot which was a good size for KOA.The two night minimum for a long week end can present a problem if you are just passing through. Lots of mature trees, good shade.

Nothing has changed in a year. Still good for an overnight if you are going to Knoxville speedway. Clean and safe with hook ups. Lots of room if it is not Nationals week.

Friendly desk staff, well maintained, safe park. The sites need to be more level, but great for an overnight stay.

Less than friendly front desk, but great spot for overnight. Pull throughs are well shaded, with mature trees. Back ins are in the afternoon sun. Good exit close to highway, easy to navigate.Very little gravel and it gets muddy if it has rained.

Very beautiful views at this campground. The upper level and back in sites generally have the best views, It is a bit of a tuff climb up the parkway, but the new entrance way saves the extreme down hill and switchback inside Central city. It would be nice if the staff would not put buses in front of the view of travel trailers. The park is dusty, and unfortunatly the staff drives fast and they set a poor example for the guests. That being said the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Beautifully landscaped park with close access to Breckinridge and Frisco. The pool and clubhouse were lovely and clean. We enjoyed our first 2 nights at a pull thru site with lots of shade, good wifi and cable. We had to change spots and were very disappointed with the lack of shade, broken cable connection and many barking dogs. Management was friendly but did little to address our concerns. As they said, they have excellent relationships with the owners of permanent sites and although apologetic about dogs, broken cable connection etc. did nothing to address our concerns as we rented a site for 3 nights. It appears this is the only park in this area so we appreciated the cleanliness, nice grounds and easy access to attractions.

Regular spots are tight, premium sites have more room and are nicely landscaped. Easy to get into from I25, but highway and Train noise are a bit loud. Mud holes on spot were not filled when asked. Wifi is poor.

Easy to get to from the interstate. we were at the back, so highway noise was minimal. But the Birds in this park make it noisy, and they get up early! Concrete pad was narrow and the grass was muddy from Rv traffic. It was difficult to find a dry spot to have in front of your door. The phone staff were a little inexperienced, and others a bit gruff.

This park is good for an overnight stay, the pull through sites are a little tight and you may need double length hoses. Lots of young families and a big play ground for them. It is a little off the beaten path for a over night from the highway.

We had a river front site, the sound of the River was wonderful. The park has many mature trees and is well kept. The desk staff are friendly, and any questions or concerns were looked after promptly. The new remodel of the premium spots are well done, the spots are angled to face the river, and gives an almost private view. Wifi and water pressure are very good.

Overpriced, some hiway noise, no cable, poor wi fi, Barking dogs, people speeding, over priced firewood, We have camped here many times and they just keep raising the rates. Rates are higher still on Holiday weekends.

Wonderful location with beautiful views of the harbour. We enjoyed exploring the nearby village of Winter Harbour. Our hosts were friendly and very gracious. Lovely, peaceful spot.

This park has a lovely beach, with warmer than expected waters. They even provide a hose to rise off after being in the water. Most of the Rv sites are wtaer view, but are not angled enough to see out of your side windows. It has good water pressure but only 15 amp service. Some of the spots need double length power cords and drain hoses. The sites are grass and stone but not level. The bathrooms and showers are clean but a little dated. Park speeds are not kept in check, they need more speed bumps.

Beautiful campground backing on to a river. It has a small beach with lawn chairs set up for you. Lots of open spaces, it is amazing it is not very full. Mature trees in the interior, open spots at the river, with full hook up. Fireplace and wood delivered right to your site.

Many of the spots were flooded during our visit, we had to locate our travel trailer in such a way that we could enter and exit without being in deep puddles. They made no effort to put down any gravel in the drives or pads while we were there. There was little room to even let the dog out witout her getting wet or muddy.
