I was very disappointed in this campground. We had a spacious ocean front site, however if I returned, I would want on the lake. The wind was horrendous and your site is nothing but sand. The golf carts are absolutely unbearable. The so called security is non-existent. Our spot was at one of the beach accesses and the teenagers hung out there everynight. We had to call security one night for all of the filthy language and smoking marijuana. They even allow children to drive those golf carts around. We had one girl slung out right on our spot. I didn't mind the size of the park, but security really needs to enforce the rules. I don't believe that I would return.

We stayed here on Memorial Day weekend and loved the campground. We had a river front site that was very spacious. There is a large grassy area between your camper and the river. It is a very well maintained park with nice facilities. We did hear some noise from the cement plant, but nothing even near bothersome. We were in the old section that had plenty of shade. This is probably one of my most favorite places to camp.

This is a really nice campground. We stayed two nights during Easter weekend. Easy access off of I-75. The sites are spacious with a good sized grassy area between you and your neighbors. They have a large pool with water slide. The restrooms were clean, as was the whole park. This park has a lot of history associated with it. While we were there, the staff had a scavenger hunt for the adults and an Easter egg hunt for the children. I understand that they have a lot of events around Halloween, but it's hard to get a site then it's become so popular. We liked it so much, that we're going back this weekend.
