Cool Pines RV Park and Cabins, Pagosa Springs, Colorado

Date of Stay: May, 2008 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Small park, beautiful pine trees, well maintained by family owners. Extremely short and narrow sites a definite minus. Limited availability in summer as all sites booked by campground opening date in early May. We camped at Cool Pines RV Park and Cabins in a Fifth Wheel.

Fort Stockton RV Park, Fort Stockton, Texas

Date of Stay: May, 2008 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Decent looking park especially for an overnight stop headed somewhere else. Monthlies segregated from overnighters a plus. Short, narrow sites make vehicle parking difficult but manageable. This is the near perfect overnight stop that I would use over and over again. We camped at Fort Stockton RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

La Hacienda RV Resort & Cottages, Austin, Texas

Date of Stay: April, 2008 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

Most of the park was still under construction when I stayed for the month of April, 2008. Very nice long and wide sites in the newly opened "B" section, not so much in the older "A" section. New "C" section should open by late 2008 with new main buidling, swimming pool and propane station. Near Lake Travis in far northwest Austin, nearby to all services. We camped at La Hacienda RV Resort & Cottages in a Motorhome.
