Merry Knoll Campground, Clayton, New York

Date of Stay: September, 2008 - $32.00

This campground wasn't the best I've ever been in but the view of the St. Lawrence Waterway was wonderful! There are mostly seasonal camp sites that are kept neat and clean. Some are a little older but well taken care of. We camped at Merry Knoll Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Pumpkin Patch RV Resort, Hermon, Maine

Date of Stay: September, 2008 - $42.00

This is a wonderful campground! The people are really nice and very helpful. They have a board with directions to many different places. We followed their directions to Wal-Mart and they were very easy to follow and we had no problems. The only reason I didn't give them a 10 is because the laundry areas weren't the best. We camped at Pumpkin Patch RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Gentile's Campground, Plymouth, Connecticut

Date of Stay: September, 2008 - $35.00

This place is awful! I wouldn't recommend this place to a skidrow bum! We were told where to park with no information asked for or given a chance to ask. We wanted full hookups but were only given water and electric. There are trees you have to get around and many, many dips as you try to get into your site, and the sites aren't numbered. They have electric hookups nailed or screwed to trees. You have to be very careful when driving through because the electric lines are very low. You also have to watch when you raise your TV antenna because of electric lines being low. They have tons of super old campers and junk that looks like they have been here since they opened in 1968. We camped at Gentile's Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
