Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park), Santa Fe, New Mexico

Date of Stay: May, 2017 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

If you are camping here do not expect cable TV they no longer have it. If you are expecting good wifi, they don't have it either. The wifi is terrible here. If you are expecting a nice clean park with trees and grass close to town then this is the place for you. Lots of shopping and restaurants near by. RV Parks are few around Santa Fe and most are not very nice, mostly gravel and very dusty. trailer Ranch has cement pads to sit your rig on, grass, an a nice pool to cool off in. We stayed a month so reflects the daily rate. Place is pretty pricy for a month at $1025.00 but electric is free. They do charge $15.00 if you want to wash your rig or car. Think that is overkill for what the place costs. We camped at Trailer Ranch RV Park (55+ Park) in a Motorhome.

Leaf Verde RV Resort, Buckeye, Arizona

Date of Stay: August, 2016 - $42.00
Overall Rating:

Be aware this place no longer takes Good Sam discount.

No cable TV, pool was being worked on, so we could not use.

101 out and no pool. This basically a dusty parking lot with no amenities. No shade. Price not worth the value. We won't be back. They should of at least gave us a discount because the pool was closed. Instead they told us to head down the road if we wanted a pool. We camped at Leaf Verde RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Roamer's Rest RV Park, Tualatin, Oregon

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $41.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for a week. Spaces are really close, WiFi is terrible. Very few cable channels.
Office personnel is very friendly. They do let you wash your car. Probably would not stay here again. We camped at Roamer's Rest RV Park in a Motorhome.

Olde Stone Village RV Park, McMinnville, Oregon

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Great place, friendly staff and nice spots. A bit on the pricy side, the laundry is $1.50 to wash and dry. It would be pretty perfect if we could have a end spot. Weekly rate, this park is always full, there seems to be little to no decent RV parks in McMinnville. We camped at Olde Stone Village RV Park in a Motorhome.

Port of Newport RV Park, Newport, Oregon

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $26.00
Overall Rating:

We paid a monthly rate of $780.00 they charged us $20.00 for our 2 cats that don't even leave our RV. I found that a bit much. Campground was satisfactory but a bit expensive for our taste. Very close and convenient to Newport. No amenities to speak of, they have WiFi that was hard to get on when the park was full. They only have 1 shower for the park unless you want to use the one at the marina and pay $1.50 for 3 minutes. The office was friendly enough but probably won't be back. We camped at Port of Newport RV Park in a Motorhome.

Phoenix RV Park, Salem, Oregon

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This is very beautiful park, manicured lawns between sites, most also have a tree. Very friendly check-in service. We stayed here a week. Good WiFi and plenty of channels on the cable TV. The water pressure is a bit on the low side, which is a drag when your taking a shower. Other than that a great place to stay. We got the weekly rate with Good Sam discount. We camped at Phoenix RV Park in a Motorhome.

American RV Resort, Albuquerque, New Mexico

Date of Stay: June, 2015 - $44.00
Overall Rating:

This park is nice but expensive. They charge you $7. a night extra for an end spot. I hate that. Just another way to sock it to you for wanting a little more privacy.

The pool was nice but always full of kids. The hot tub was dreadful, really dirty water and dirty area with lots of ants. I told them about it but they did little to fix it. Nice trees and cemant pads. They give you a continental breakfast. Nothing great here, a few stale donuts and yogurt and bagels. We camped at American RV Resort in a Motorhome.

Pioneer Acadian Village Campground and RV Park (Closed), Breaux Bridge, Louisiana

Date of Stay: May, 2015 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

What a nice campground, these people really care about this place. Yes, it is next to the freeway and has no cable, that is why I gave it a 4 stars. The owners are really sweet and nice. $32 a night with God Sam discount. Close to everything. The cleanest restroom I have ever seen. Nice big showers. Laundry area was clean to. TV room has a big leather couch and has air. Beautiful plants everywhere. We camped at Pioneer Acadian Village Campground and RV Park (Closed) in a Motorhome.
