Mt Olive Shores (Class A Motorhomes Only), Polk City, Florida

Date of Stay: July, 2016 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

This is a private class a motorhome park. Lots are rented by current owners. I have been here 7 months with no issues. Clean, secure, beautiful landscape, and pleasant neighbors.

Many park models, and casitas with large paved parking spaces. We camped at Mt Olive Shores (Class A Motorhomes Only) in a Motorhome.

Close to many tourist attractions yet small town feel. Good restaurants and shopping nearby. I pay a monthly rate so I tried to give an estimate. Monthly is 500.00 and up.

Thousand Trails - San Benito Preserve, Paicines, California

Date of Stay: November, 2015 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

Used as a short term stay while working in area. Disappointed by the poorly maintained sites, lots of non working electrical, pot holes, muddy. Pool was heated 69-70 degrees - yikes. Spa was out of order the whole stay. Could be a beautiful destination. If this is what the average Thousand Trails is like I'm glad I did not sign up. Spaces were decent and wildlife was awesome. Lots of old full-time rigs in need of repair; so sad as they have probably have no where else to go. Hope they can bring this park back to life. We camped at Thousand Trails - San Benito Preserve in a Motorhome.

Easy on and off I-10. Staff was great, sites grass but level. Hook ups well placed. Hard pack dirt interior roads and exit needs smoothed out. Very rough exit road with many ruts. Large sites easily fit big rigs. We camped at Columbus RV Park & Campground in a Motorhome.
