Campark Resorts, Niagara Falls, Ontario

Date of Stay: October, 2008 - $43.00
Overall Rating:

Restrooms so-so. Park overall upkeep and presentation was so-so also. Sites are gravel strip with grass area - was wet w/ lots of leaves arond so bit messy. Wifi - had to shift my orig site close to washrooms. Staff - OKish. Disappointed as hot tub, etc. not going..Woodall stated this was open all year - so we expected this would be open..it was'nt - felt false advertising. Overall = very average. Would look elsewhere next time. We camped at Campark Resorts in a Motorhome.

Harbortown RV Resort, Monroe, Michigan

Date of Stay: October, 2008 - $45.00
Overall Rating:

A clean tidy place with friendly staff. We took a paved pull through site with grass patch with the normal table. Facilities were good and site is handy to shops, fuel, restaurants etc. The kids loved the place - they go to a lot of effort here with lots of activities for the kids. Yes, you do pay extra for some of these - but nothing is free and it was worth it. Thanks, we had a great weekend. We camped at Harbortown RV Resort in a Motorhome.

American Resort & Campground (formerly Mt Olympus Zeus Village Resort), Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin

Date of Stay: October, 2008 - $30.00
Overall Rating:

We came here after viewing their website...problem was that as it is off season..no facilities as such open. Their website did not mention that. Had to walk over to a closed hotel to use the restroom. Had intended to stay few days.. but will now move on in search of an RV park that is open and has facilities such as a hot tub. We camped at American Resort & Campground (formerly Mt Olympus Zeus Village Resort) in a Motorhome.

Pinegrove Campgrpund and R.V. Park, McLure, British Columbia

Date of Stay: October, 2008 - $28.00
Overall Rating:

Great host owners..very welcoming, showed us to site..good feeling about place immediately. Showers were bit oldish..but free and lots of water and hot and very clean. Lovely setting amongst the pine trees and good playground for the kids. We are on our way to Jasper from Whistler and it was either Kamloops or this as a half way stop. Very pleased we picked this and recommend to everyone else to stay here rather than Kamloops. Wi-Fi was free and excellent. We camped at Pinegrove Campgrpund and R.V. Park in a Motorhome.

Burnaby Cariboo RV Park and Campground, Burnaby, British Columbia

Date of Stay: October, 2008 - $53.00
Overall Rating:

Only 8 as there Wi-Fi is not as it should be, it only works off and on in your RV and you have to go up stairs to the lounge, and one side of the lounge works better than the next. This is a hassle if you prefer to sit in your RV and do your emails etc. They are aware of this for long while and it is disappointing that they have not addressed it. Otherwise a great par, that was well kept with good facilities, pool/spa, etc. Really enjoyed it here and would have easily be a 9.5 if not for Wi-Fi. Handy location to local shops and highway. We camped at Burnaby Cariboo RV Park and Campground in a Motorhome.

Morro Dunes RV Park, Morro Bay, California

Good for value. Good location, few steps across road to sand dunes and good view of the rock. Staff friendly. Park - is basic, not a lot of grass ie lots gravel and no area for kids as such. Would not stay for much more than a night therefore -but certainly has services you need. We camped at Morro Dunes RV Park in a Motorhome.
