Treasure Beach RV Park, Selbyville, Delaware

Date of Stay: June, 2010 - $60.00
Overall Rating:

We stayed here for 3 nights and thought it was great. The nice thing about this campground is most sites are seasonal, year round sites. We arrived mid-week and had the whole campground to ourselves. The pools were nice, there were two big adult pools and 1 kids pool. We have kids, so the playground was real nice, it looked fairly new. There are about 1000 sites here and 40 are weekly rental sites. We were right on the water, very nice to wake up to. All sites were concrete slabs. The General Store was great, they had everything, probably the nicest, cheapest store we have ever been at. We already made reservations for next year. We camped at Treasure Beach RV Park in a Motorhome.

Merry Meadows Recreation Farm (formerly Morris Meadows), Freeland, Maryland

Date of Stay: July, 2009 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

First time here. Easy ride from PA. It was a nice campground, but not sure if I would return. We were with a large group so it made the weekend fun. We were in the "P" section. Wide open, huge sites which were nice, there was no shade in this area. Very nice shaded sites in the woods. We have kids, and the activities were at a minimum. We camped at Merry Meadows Recreation Farm (formerly Morris Meadows) in a Motorhome.

Twin Grove RV Resort & Cottages, Pine Grove, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: June, 2009 - $40.00
Overall Rating:

I thought the park was great. Very clean, good people working there. Our site was level, though not very shaded. Some sites to back up to the woods which are nice. This is a great park for the kids, alot of good activities to do. Pricing was fair on ice cream and food. The only downfall was being charged to swim in there pool. I thought it was wierd to charge to swim a pool. We camped at Twin Grove RV Resort & Cottages in a Motorhome.

Sill's Family Campground, Adamstown, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: October, 2008 - $36.00
Overall Rating:

This was my first time here. The campground was nice. Our site was level. I didn't have to do any adjusting. The owners of the campground were probably the nicest I have met so far in my short camping experience. The restrooms were nice and clean, but could use some updating. The sites were shaded. I would stay here again. We camped at Sill's Family Campground in a Motorhome.

Hersheypark Camping Resort (formerly Hershey Highmeadow Campground), Hummelstown, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: September, 2008 - $37.00
Overall Rating:

The campground was nice. Store was nice with lots of choices on numerous items. It was great being close to Hersheypark and the shuttle was free and ran every 15-20 minutes. Service was great, campground employees picked up trash at your site, 2-3 times a day. A few downfalls, the area we were in the camp sites were not level at all. Fire pits were way to close to the campers. We used the pit behind our motorhome. Thankfully no one was behind us. The train tracks are close, but to us it wasn't a real issue. We camped at Hersheypark Camping Resort (formerly Hershey Highmeadow Campground) in a Motorhome.

Oak Creek Campground, Narvon, Pennsylvania

Date of Stay: September, 2008 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

We enjoyed this campground. They accept AAA which saved $6.00 a night. Nice sights, roomy, clean and easy to back into. The biggest downfall here is the hill. If you are not using the pool, its really no big deal. I look forward to returning to this campground. We camped at Oak Creek Campground in a Motorhome.
