We had a reservation at this park but when we arrived and saw the place we decided NOT to spend the night there. It is disgusting and appears unsafe. Noisy people were hanging around outside the gate. It is not a nice park and staff doesn't really care.

Close in to Savannah, trolley picks up and drops off at the park if you want to take a tour, grounds are clean and people are nice and very helpful. They have horses if you want to take a ride, chickens, goats, and baby rabbits. Great place.

Date of Stay:

This park has a LOT of fowl, consequently a lot of poop. To top that off, there are a LOT of leaves that have fallen and it smells kind of moldy. It had been raining and it was wet, there are few spaces that have any kind of gravel so it was a muddy, poppy, stinky mess.

Very friendly office personnel. Sites are close, but not overly crowded. Lots of fulltime residents here with some outside clutter. The lanes in the park are wide but also have electric poles/transformer in the middle of the lane. They do have a leash rule, and breed restrictions but they don't appear to be enforced as there were a lot of loose dogs in the park. Lots of sand spurs in the grass, so avoid the grass. Would stay here again if in this area, for a overnight.

Had reservations, no one was there when we arrived. We just parked and there was a note on the door of the office trailer to put your money in an envelope and deposit it. Power and water worked adequately. Spaces are way close together. Gazebo and game area is very old, falling down, needs repair and repainting. Would stay here again if we couldn't find anywhere else to stay in the area.

Great park, probably one of the nicest in Deming. Sites were level and utilities were all good. Didn't try their Wi-Fi. People here are really friendly, they have a lot of social type activities. Great, wide roads. Great stay, would stay here again.

Rate stated is for monthly stay. This is an older park, sites are close together and some are not long enough for the newer rigs. They didn't have many activities. Clubhouse was clean, being remodeled.

This is good for a overnight. Lots of long term people here. Sites are kind of close, but were clean and all utilities worked. Would stay here again for a quick overnight.

We stay here for one thing: location, location, location. Lots of potholes and dust. Roads through sites are narrow. Don't be surprised when you have to stop and wait for someone to pull out or back in.

Date of Stay:

Flat RV park with dirt road, and was clean looking. Laundry area was nice.

Had a Thousand Trails discount so it was a month for 459.00 PLUS electric. Electric was expensive, we left early, staying 22 days, and electric was just shy of $50.00. The sites are close together and they have trees that have nasty sticky type droppings that covered the car and RV. Friendly office people and they walk you to the space and park you.

In fairness - The corporate office for this park stated they are refunding our 40.00, but we have not yet seen it reflected on the credit card. Driveway appears to have washed out and they are working on fixing it. There is only one lane and it is a steep, short, downhill grade and we drug the tow bar both entering and exiting their temporary fix. Parked (VERY tight sites) in space 9, setup, and went to find a place to have lunch. Upon our return there was a truck parked cross ways behind our rig, in the place we were to park the tow. We asked if it could be moved so we could park in the designated parking spot for us behind our RV. A very angry, confrontational man approached our car and rudely informed us we were taking his parking places for some fish thing they are doing and we needed to move the RV. So we did, to a entirely different RV Park. This rude, confrontational, glaring, giving us nasty looks man was working on this fish activity about four feet from the door of our RV. We did not feel safe so leaving was our best option. Peacefulness and personal safety.

This park is under construction. According to the check in office this construction will continue at least another year. The driveway is one way in and the same way out, dead ending in front of the registration office. This requires you to unhook your tow vehicle, turn your rig around in a confined area. Then go park to your assigned pull thru site and hook your tow vehicle back up. Park spaces are fine, utilities are good, some of the concrete pads are broken/breaking.

Park has nice pools and hot tubs, well taken care of and very clean. Laundry rooms are very clean. Spaces are close together, we had about 7 feet between slide outs of our rig and the rig next door. They had a "fall special" for 299.00 for the month plus electric.

Negative was when we checked in. Went into the office, said hello, and the man behind the desk barked "there are no pull through sites available". Surprised at the abrupt behavior we kind of laughed and said "OK, "no problem we will gladly take a back in site". We stayed here one night, good overnight place to stay, quick access to the freeway. Our site was a back in and somewhat unlevel.
