This park has 5 camping areas around the lake. Check out the park map on the web site. There are playgrounds, a marina, group shelters, boat rentals, 18 hole (par70) golf course, putting green, driving range, pro shop, and golf carts. Pets are allowed and there are handicap accessible camping areas. This is a first come, first serve camping area. They do not take reservations. Most of the sites are fairly level. This park is very popular and fills up fast. Park host were great. We purchased firewood from the camping host ($5.00). The area we camped in became fairly congested with vehicles and boat trailers during the weekend. The public boat trailer parking lot filled up fast with the overflow spilling over into the camping area. The showers and restrooms were clean in the mornings however I don't know how they looked in the evenings. There were many people using them late in the evenings. The only thimg I disliked about the park was that it became a little congested. The park was well maintained and we will come back again.

We stayed here the last week of May. Campground, restrooms, and showers are very clean. Most sites are fairly level asphalt. Park Host were very helpful and frindly. I pull a 36' fifth wheel which is a little large for this campground. I did see several large motorhomes however. No electric or water hook ups but there is a dump station and potable water available. The camp sites are not on top one another unlike fishing bridge and you can have a campfire. I would stay here again.

This is a very nice park. The owners are constantly working on expanding the park. Lots of shade and animals. Deer were walking through the camping area in the late evening and morning hours. In a tree next to us a Great Horned Owl had a nest with three babies. The restrooms and showers were spotless. There was a laundry room which was super clean however it only contained one washer and dryer. This room appeared to be new and it contained spaces for more washers and dryers which will probably be added soon. There were fire rings and picnic tables. Dogs are welcome. Senior, group, and Good Sam discounts are given. There are fourteen newly remodeled motel units. Five of these have kitchenettes. There are horse corrals and guided trail rides. The owners live on site and are probably the nicest people you will ever meet. I will stay here again next time I drive through this part of the state.

Nice, clean, well maintained park that is run by the city of Grapevine. Most sites are shaded and are spaced well (not on top of each other) and park rules are enforced. Some sites have no water or electric. They rent for $13. Its best to make reservations as this park is full most of the time. Grapevine is next to DFW Airport and there are many area attractions.
