This is a well maintained campground. There are many shade trees, gravel sites and quiet. The showers and rest rooms were immaculate. The pool was perfect: no, not cold like most places! The price was extremely reasonable too. The owners take pride in their business and it shows. We stayed 4 nights; yes, we would return.

Wow: too high priced for an unmaintained park! This sad campground has the potential to be a gold mine; however there are just too many issues. The office management make it clear they are only there to make a sale. Be sure to avoid the large, ugly dumptruck filled with stinking trash. Interior roads are filled with potholes. The sites are not level, too tight and sloppy. The pool is far from sparkling. No trees, but one can enjoy a wildly overgrown hedge blocking the Teton view. No wonder 90% of the campground was vacant, however when we asked to move to another site, office said that only 2 were available. Ridiculous! All other campgrounds were full or we would have left immediately. We suggest you plan in advance to get into one of the campgrounds in Yellowstone.

My husband and I have traveled all states in the USA. We have been to all kind of RV campgrounds. Come to Deer Park Campground in Buffalo, WY if you are looking for a beautiful setting, immacaulate restrooms, sparkling swimming pool w/hot tub, and the most courteous staff. The owners have been doing this for decades. They surely know how to run a business the right way. I would suggest they gravel the roads to keep dust down, otherwise, no other complaints. Oh, and the deer and wild turkey are everywhere here. We would return without a doubt.

A spectacular mountainview wonderland with flowing creeks; wild life, hiking trails and secluded from nearby town. Immaculate condition on the grounds, restroom, showers. The owners are friendly people; they take pride in this jewel-like setting. We loved it here, we will return and we give them top score in rating.

The front desk was friendly on the phone. Bathrooms and showers were clean. The sites are so cramped in we had to park our truck across the other side of our fifth wheel; we couldn't even put our awning out. Our area was messy with debris around it; fire ring full of cigarette butts, etc.; we asked the office to come clean up. At one time a camper caught on fire and left the site full of burnt trees. The front desk put us in this site even though there were many to choose from. Not caring for the trees bothered me the entire stay. We were stuck here for 1 week unfortunately. I couldn't wait to leave. We will not stay here again.

The office was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed this campground and would definitely return. Clean and well cared for in every way.

Surely they have to be kidding with this place; over priced with poor service and no care for the campground. An open parking lot with storage; very unattractive. What Colorado River? Wire towers everywhere and right off the highway, so noisy we couldn't sleep. We didn't even unhook we knew we would leave in the morning. Had to stay the night after a long drive to get there. Return? We couldn't wait to leave.
