Owen Sound KOA, Owen Sound, Ontario

Date of Stay: July, 2009 - $33.00
Overall Rating:

Site was nice, with some trees and bushes, although a little small and not very secluded. Other sites near us were out in the open and we prefer a bit more privacy. The park was very clean and peaceful. Employees at this park were very friendly and nice. We would definitely stay here again. We camped at Owen Sound KOA in a Travel Trailer.

Camp Hither Hills, Ottawa, Ontario

Date of Stay: September, 2008 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Very open with very little shade or privacy anywhere. In fact, they were cutting more of the trees down as we were there. Pull-throughs are long and narrow and very close together. Some people may like this, we didn't like it at all. We found the hosts to be bordering on rude to our questions. We will not camp here ever again. We camped at Camp Hither Hills in a Travel Trailer.

We really liked this park. It was close enough to Quebec City and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The site that we were assigned was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. (866) 871-9090 We camped at Camping Juneau Chalets in a Travel Trailer.

Rideau Acres Campground, Kingston, Ontario

Date of Stay: September, 2008 - $34.00
Overall Rating:

A very well-kept and beautiful park. We enjoyed our stay here very much. The duck pond with plenty of ducks and great playground were enjoyable for my 2-1/2 year old daughter. We only wish we would have taken one of the back-in sites instead of the pull-through that we took as they were nicer but I thought the pull-through was easier. We will definitely stay here again. We camped at Rideau Acres Campground in a Travel Trailer.
