Butte KOA, Butte, Montana

Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $39.00
Overall Rating:

Not bad for a KOA. We stayed here a few years ago and it was not much. New owners are in process of upgrading it. We noticed the full time cabins were gone and the sites were a bit better. It is a great location for exploring Butte area. It is far enough off the freeway and fairly quiet. Did not use the restrooms, but did notice they are quite a hike from most sites. An employee told me they are going to build some new ones. We were there only one night and we will come back when passing through. We camped at Butte KOA in a Motorhome.

Blackwell Island RV Park, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho

Date of Stay: June, 2014 - $62.00
Overall Rating:

We opted for a waterfront pull in so that was $15 extra. Very nice site about 100 ft from the beach with a clear view. There are only about a half dozen of these sites so get there early. Big sites, wide roads throughout the park, widest we have ever seen in an RV park. There is a floating restaurant a half mile from the park. A bit pricey but they gave us a discount card at checkin. They had a very good early bird special for a reasonable price we heard. We ate late so we did not try it. Good access to highway in and out. A quiet park on a beautiful lake. Family type restrooms, clean and new. We are coming back for sure, we had a great time. We camped at Blackwell Island RV Park in a Motorhome.

Brand new park near lake. Big spaces. Fire rings at each site. Good Wi-Fi. We were only there one night and only a handful of other sites were in use. Will stop here whenever we are on this road. We camped at Edgewater RV Resort & Marina in a Motorhome.

Seven Feathers RV Park, Canyonville, Oregon

Date of Stay: September, 2008 - $35.00
Overall Rating:

Beautiful setting, best showers we have ever seen in any RV park, shuttle to casino very nice. Two sewer connections at each site works for all model RVs. Would give it a ten but for lack of fire rings. We prefer a warm fire at night to top off a great day. They do have two large public fire rings but we were there 5 days and never saw a fire in either. We camped at Seven Feathers RV Park in a Motorhome.

Great location and as others say, new and clean. Really like the fire rings at each site and only $5 for a bundle of wood. We camped at Winchester Bay RV Resort in a Motorhome.
