We stayed here while working in Spokane. This is a nice park with paved roads and paved sites. I was a little disappointed in the cleanliness of the pool. It is a little overgrown. Great place for kids, it does have a small playground. Large pet area. Yokes grocery store is across the street. We would stay here again. This is the best place to stay in Spokane.

The best part of this park is the location and the mature shade tree's. It is close to the mall and good places to eat. It has paved sites that are very close together. We could not put our awning up. I was fearful our slide out would hit the trailer next to us. They give you a password for two hours of internet at a time. Lot's of full timers in old trailers. We stayed here for a convention at the Toyota Center. There are nicer parks in the area. Horn Rapids RV is a great place to stay if your don't mind being a little further out of town.

We stayed here a month while working in downtown Denver. Easy access to the city, shopping, and bike trails. Very friendly people to deal with. Make sure you have a good quality water hose since they have high water pressure and will complain if yours is leaking. This is an old park with gravel sites and drive ways. Any amount of precipitation makes for a huge lake at the entry of the park. The pet area is not convenient. It does have direct access to the Wheat Ridge paved bike trail. A short walk to a playground. Terrible washers and dryers which are always used by the full timers. However there is a nice place to wash clothes close by. Good section of town, I felt safe on the bike trail with my toddler. We would stay here again.
