Montgomery Campground, Hope Hull, Alabama

Date of Stay: October, 2010 - $31.00
Overall Rating:

This park was in the Good Sam parks book as a Good Sam park, however it is NOT a good Sam Park any longer. It is very run down, dirty with poor hook ups. We will not stay there again. We camped at Montgomery Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Indian Point RV Resort, Gautier, Mississippi

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $32.00
Overall Rating:

This campground is full of temporary workers, the RV sites are not kept up and the workers come and go all hours day and night with loud trucks. Not a good place to get a good nights sleep. This could be a excellent campground if it was kept up and maintained better. We camped at Indian Point RV Resort in a Fifth Wheel.

Cedarlane RV Park, Port Clinton, Ohio

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Most of the short term sites do not have sewer. There is so much to do in the area so the park is full most of the time in the summer months. Because of the local entertainment we have used this park for 5 years as a family reunion site. They work hard to meet our needs and get the family all camped in the same general area. The management is nice and tries hard to meet all needs. There is such a large turnover of campers it is hard to keep the showers/restrooms clean and they do try, however every time we needed them they were dirty and needed cleaning. With such a large turnover, many tents and no sewer it would be very hard to keep them clean all the time. The advantages are all the things for the kids/families to do in the area and at the campground. We will stay there again with our family. We camped at Cedarlane RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Cullman Campground, Cullman, Alabama

Date of Stay: August, 2010 - $21.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice people run the park, they care about the folks stopping at the park. Even came by to warn us about the wind and my awning before it was too late. It's an old park and needs up grading, also a very quiet park. We stayed three days because it was so restful. Only planned to stay overnight. The electrical could stand up dating, we never were able to maintain a steady 50 amps. We will stay here again. We camped at Cullman Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Christian family campground, nice folks out in the country. Very quiet with mostly seasonal people except on the weekends when it gets busy. If you are looking for a nice family camping trip, this is a good place. We camped at Snow Lake Kampground in a Fifth Wheel.

Oak Creek Campground, Verona, Kentucky

Date of Stay: May, 2010 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Good overnight stop with a long turn around since you must go up the hill to check in, and then go back to the entrance to park for overnight. Has nice people and the short term sites were plenty big, but had no sewer hookups. We camped at Oak Creek Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Texas T Campground, Cornersville, Tennessee

Date of Stay: May, 2010 - $27.00
Overall Rating:

Nice friendly place to stay. We have stayed here many times and would give them higher rating if they would up-grade the restrooms. Showers are old small, in need of new shower heads. The restrooms are also very dark, need new lighting. Great overnight stop. We camped at Texas T Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Hidden Ponds RV Park, Sulphur, Louisiana

Date of Stay: December, 2009 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice and friendly staff who met us at the entrance and drove us right to our site and then said we could check in after we got set up. Great way to do business. Quiet and restful night as the campground is located over a mile from I-10, so there was no road noise to brother us. We will stay there anytime we are in the area. We camped at Hidden Ponds RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Frog City RV Park, Duson, Louisiana

Date of Stay: November, 2009 - $38.00
Overall Rating:

Bathrooms dirty did not appear to have been cleaned in over 24 hours. Very close to I-10, noisy and train ran often providing even more noise. At check in the clerk was in a hurry not friendly and only provided info if asked. Very expensive for a stop for one night in which we asked just for electric, no water or sewer was asked for or used. Will not stay there again or recommend it to others. We camped at Frog City RV Park in a Fifth Wheel.

Ceraland Campground, Columbus, Indiana

Date of Stay: September, 2009 - $19.00
Overall Rating:

We were there with a group and had group rates. Not many sites where a satellite will work due to all the trees. Nice campground and helpful friendly workers. May be a membership only campground, we are not sure however we would stay there again is we could. We camped at Ceraland Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

We were very disappointed with this campground. Many trees making roads tight. Sites very narrow but long. Do not plan to use a satellite dish in this campground. We will not go back here. We camped at Loretta Lynn's Family Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Wolfie's Campground, Zanesville, Ohio

Date of Stay: September, 2009 - $25.00
Overall Rating:

Very nice management, a great quiet overnight stop. The site was very tight but long and well laid out so access is easy. When we stayed here many of the sites were being used by construction crews, however they were very quiet when leaving early in the am. Would stay here again anytime. We camped at Wolfie's Campground in a Fifth Wheel.

Water hook up bad, had to get water from another site, pressure very poor when park is full. Electric kept going off and on. Management very friendly and helpful, made us feel welcome. Not a good park to be in over a long holiday weekend. We camped at Artillery Ridge Campground in a Fifth Wheel.
