At site the sewer dump drain came out bubbling right under our grill. Camp workers did Not think was a big deal responded to emergency slowly. Came over with their own pumping truck and pumped out septic system. They blamed this on "Someone must have dumped something to clog the line". Later came by and sprinkled a perfumed powder around all septic site openings, should have notified the health department. Hope don't get E. Coli? Park was nice setting. Roads are fine to navigate. Front office as soft serve in cream but hard to get waited on due to only one office person. Busy on phone making reservations.

Level front to rear an issue. Back in grass site up hill to rear. To level had one front wheel off ground. Tight turns out of campground.

Nice camp, but this park is not big rig friendly. Site so uneven and not level was not able to level. Windshield shattered trying to level. Had to wait a week to get new windshield installed. The park's hookups are set up for trailers or 5th wheels not 40 foot motorhomes. When I confronted the owner about uneven sites and motorhomes should not be put on this uneven sites of grass his response was "Well never had a problem before and most RVs only level side to side not front to back." I guess he did not consider a motorhome a RV?

Poor directions to our side. Lady at front desk could have walk us to site but she did not. Communication problem.

Not big rig friendly for a 40 ft motorhome. Hard to get into spot due to the Railroad ties and the new landscaping. Equally tight upon leaving due to trees. Charged $6. / per dog?

Not big rig friendly. Could hardly get into pull thru site. Was hard to even leave site. Lots of Dogs. Dog walk was feet from my site.

Date of Stay:

Grass. Sand sites. Could have more concrete sites. Many ants in sand. Water hook up, PVC poorly maintained sewer hookup hard since in a cement Hole. Adequate room between sites But tons of oak trees and limbs fall in storms. Office hours short, mail room run by Grumpy Ole Man.

WiFi would not connect to my pc. stayed one night on the way home from gulf shores to Michigan. Easy to get to , clean, very friendly staff. Sites easy access for a 40 ft motor home.

Sites are so unlevel had to use blocks under my tires to even get close to level. The cement pads very broken up. Cable TV very snowy. Wifi in am worked fine but after 6 pm would not work at all. I really believe the Good Sams should review this camp ground and take it off the list.

Has pull through sites. Was muddy where we camped and we got lots of mud on our shoes. Or it could have been dog waste, not sure. People were nice. Is a fine stop over for one night, but would not stay for long.

Nice park close to beach. Entrance is hard to find and quite a dip to get in from the street. Very sandy in the park. Expect lots of sand to enter your rv. Pool was closed. Sites are close together. There are no pull-thru sites here. People were nice.

Large park and close to the action. The parks internet is poor and works less than one half the time. Cement pads are cracked and falling apart. The maintenance in the park is poor and the maintenance men sit around doing nothing. Dogs bark constantly from a trailer park next door. Night and day they bark. People at desk very nice but some seem confused about daily operations of the park. This RV park really needs updating and renovation. Good Sam park needs to look at this one.

This is a perfect stop over camping spot on the way up north or down south. Stayed here on a long drive from Michigan to Gulf Shores, Al. Very friendly manager. Sites are clean, level, and have all the hookups you need. Very easy access from I -65 . Just off the exit and close to I-65. I would say the park manager went out of her way to help me with a part I needed for my RV toilet. I will stay here again on future trips. The pull thru spots are great but they do fill up early so make a reservation for these. Very easy to do with a KOA website.

Great RV park with easy access and great views. The front office girl was not the best help on getting a UPS package of RV parts that I had shipped to the park. Would stay there again
