Ranks down there with the worst campgrounds we've been in. When we called, we were told they were booked full for the nights we wanted but if we could postpone and come in on Sunday, they would take good care of us. Couldn't make a reservation because they don't take credit cards; wouldn't even write our name down in the book for a site. When we arrived on Sunday, the owner was grumpy and acted like it was an imposition to deal with us at all. Finally, a site materials, a 30-amp, back-in, too short for a 40 ft. rig. First job was to trim the trees so the branches wouldn't scrape the roof and back of the motorhome. The interior roads have deep rutted trenches supposedly for water drainage. Rest assured, driving over them even at a crawl will rearrange everything in your cabinets...an underground pipe would do the job. The sites weren't very level but we managed. The power went off twice Sunday night; too many rigs on the same line and we had to run our generator. On the bright side, the water pressure was good and it was very quiet at night. Definitely would NOT stay here again.

Took almost an hour and the assistance of the park staff to get a 40ft. RV parked in a big rig site. We could either be level or have our slide out, but not both. Sites fall off a huge slope and very difficult to level. Told by office there was Not another site available but she would send the "man" to help us. He was a wonderful, patient gentleman and between him and my husband, we got arranged marginally in the site. An orange cone had to be placed behind the coach because we were so far out in the road. When we were 95% set up, they miraculously found another available site. Needless to say, starting the engine and moving anywhere except down the road was not in the plans. Charging $324 a week for this site is a major rip-off. Needless to say, we would NOT stay here again.

Rate reflects WH membership. We love this park. Very friendly staff, quiet environment, lots of things to do, beautiful pools, all amenities we need for a relaxing stay in the desert. Adequate shopping nearby for our needs.

If you like touching awnings with your neighbor, hear every word they say, and share your picnic table with their slide-out, this is the place for you. These sites are extremely narrow and not suitable for rigs with large slide-outs. This is not a pet-friendly park, in our opinion. There is a rule that pets can't be tied outside, even if you are in the rig with the door open. Dog walking is restricted to a narrow strip of grass along a fence; not adequate to exercise a dog.

We loved this park, large, wide open sites, friendly staff, quiet, all the amenities we need. Would give this park a 10 if check-in time was earlier than 2 p.m. When we're just doing short hops between parks, an earlier check-in is more suitable to our travel style.

Date of Stay:

We liked this park except for two things. 1. Our assigned site was not particularly satellite friendly, despite requesting such at reservation. However, because our site was very long, we were able to maneuver our rig and get the dish connected. 2. Check-in time of 2 p.m. is way too late for our travel style. Would prefer noon check in. Otherwise, this was a very nice park, quiet & peaceful, friendly staff, and all the amenities we expect.

We did not enjoy our stay at this park, would not recommend it, and would not stay again. We asked for a satellite-friendly site at reservation but didn't get one; cable TV was so basic, we weren't interested in any of the channels available. Pets are not allowed inside or outside unattended, so we couldn't do anything we had planned to do in the area since it was too hot to leave the dog in the car and we couldn't leave her in the motorhome because of the pet rules. A pet fee of $3 a night is outrageous; our dog drinks a small bowl of water every day, pretty expensive water. If you have a pet, skip this one. On the upside, their Wi-Fi was excellent.

We stopped for an overnight stay. Staff EXTREMELY helpful in getting us a site where we could get satellite internet signal. Lots of tall trees; some road noise. Very poor water pressure, just a trickle from the faucet. But, a beautiful setting and pet friendly. A little pricey for the area.

Date of Stay:

Actually, the rate was over $100/night but the input field truncates to two digits. This is without a doubt the most over-priced campground we've ever stayed in and we've been full-timing for almost 5 years. Gives new meaning to the word 'rip-off'. The first site we were assigned was too narrow to get our slide out. They re-assigned us to another site but they had to trim the tree branches there for us to fit. It is extremely noisy and very crowded. The word "gridlock" comes to mind when we look down our row. Very disappointing and we would NOT stay here again. We're sorry we committed for a week or we would leave. It is so unpleasant here, we might just leave anyway before the week is up.

We stayed here for 2 weeks while attending a rally. Our site was a little noisy because of where we were located on the main entry loop. The office staff were very helpful. It is centrally located with food, fuel, shopping, etc. available nearby. We would have stayed a little longer except for a couple of rules quoted by the park; you must occupy your rig while on site and 2-week maximum stay. It seemed a little strange considering the fact that the occupancy rate was really low and the financial issues facing the industry. We expected they would have been delighted to let us keep paying $28 / night as long as they had vacant sites. However, it is a nice park and we'd definitely stay here again.

This is a nice membership park and the price is right. There is a lot of traffic noise especially the rows adjacent to the highway. Staff is extremely friendly. There are good restaurants and grocery shopping nearby.

We stayed here two nights but we would have left had we not paid for two nights on arrival. This is not a pet friendly park. They have 8 General Policy Rules and Twelve Pet Policies. They only accept "inside" pets. The animal must be kept indoors at all times except when being walked. The other policy that would prevent us from coming back is washers and dryers are not permitted. If you have pets who don't mind being cooped up inside and you don't need to use your washer/dryer, this is a nice park. The roads are narrow but navigable. Our site wasn't terribly level but we could work with it. The park is very convenient to I-10 and grocery store.
