Average park only a mile from I-15. Dirt roads and sites mostly pull thru with full services that work well. Easy to access. Website says winter rates of $33 valid til Apr 30. When you arrive you are hit with $46 effective March 2017. To my mind its a bait and switch technique which I really dislike. I won't be back.

13% increase since Dec. Still a good value, all paved, narrow pull thrus, sketchy neighborhood. Have never had success with Wi-Fi so called Tengo to see what they could do. Spent considerable time with them and they changed numerous settings on my computer. They got me connected once but it dropped the signal before I could go anywhere. Tengo eventually gave up saying that there system was not compatible with my operating system (Windows10) or my browser (explorer). Suggested I change both if I wanted it to work. Mine works fine at the library or fast food places. My wife's apple would connect but the signal dropped about every 5 minutes.

Rated based upon monthly stay in deluxe pull thru site. Mostly tight pull thrus, side by side hookups, on packed sand. Nice staff, nice residents in good location. Services worked as designed. I would come back but definitely not to site 203. There was a large tree with a canopy that covered most of the site including the rv. The tree trunk was next to the rv which prevented using the awning which was a good thing. The tree was home to birds who spent the day pooping on anything below which made use of the site impossible. Anything left there (chairs, bikes, vehicles and the rv) would be covered in no time. By the time we left the rv was covered with streaks down the sides as well. Would have liked to wash some of it off but the park has a strict no washing policy.

Rate based upon $1650 monthly charge. Previous stays with park full. This time lots of empty spaces. Might be constant rain or perhaps new higher rate? Nice well kept park, all paved with tight spots. Good family park with smooth paved roads for children to skateboard or bicycle. Pick up baseball or soccer games on streets most of the time. Nice looking pool and hot tub but full of children. Tried the hot tub during designated adult only times but too many splashing kids. Asked the office about adult only but was told facilities were for all guests and if residents were Ok with their children practicing cannon balls into the hot tub the park would not deny them. Great Laundry room kept very clean but two concerns. Too small for all the rv park and 90% of the marina. Always had to wait for machines. A number or residents brought pets to do laundry. Hard not to trip over dogs in laundry room. Park cleaning staff had to jump over leashes to sweep around dogs sleeping on floor. Quite a number of stray cats make the park their home. Other than a few annoyances, still a good, albeit pricey, park I'd likely return to.

Rate based on weekly stay. Have stayed before and it was good albeit expensive. The casino/hotel is in the midst of a massive construction effort. At check in, you are given ear plugs. Take them as sleep is impossible without them. Wish we had been told when making a reservation that construction is loud and constant. At the very least they should discount the rate.

.Nice well maintained park. Paved roads, gravel sites, no cable. Everything worked as designed except Wi-Fi. Rate based upon monthly stay. Good place to see Calgary. A few too many noisy parties on weekends but would come again.

Date of Stay:

Booked a pull through but when we arrived only back ins available. Rate is Passport America (Mon-Thur) full price would have been a poor value. Nice, newer park with paved roads and concrete sites and lots of space between sites. Newer bathrooms but only one stall (in the men's, not sure about the womens) for the entire park with a non locking door. Quite a few seasonals with sites overflowing with sheds, toys, fridges etc. Not sure what they were, but lots of rodents around.(gopher like) Very smoky from all the campfires. Great location and newer park with a lot of the right ideas but not sure I would return.

Excellent value. All paved but tight sites in questionable neighborhood. Good security. All services worked except Wi-Fi which was totally useless. Would come again.

Date of Stay:

Easy access, quiet, long wide pull thrus, great cable, great Wi-Fi, walking distance to stores and casinos, and friendly staff. The only small negatives are only two unisex showers and higher nightly price. I will come again.

Date of Stay:

Last stayed a few years ago just after it became KOA. I vowed not to return but I gave it another chance. I think the price was a bit less this time but also gone is the cable TV. Sites are short and tight and the advertised Wi-Fi was pretty much useless. An OK park but a poor value.

Date of Stay:

Have stayed before and liked the park. Close to I-15 but not noisy, large sites, nicely maintained. Originally chose this park as it had cable TV service. This time no cable but same price. I thought the price was high for what you get. Might pick another park next time.

Date of Stay:

Stayed the last week of May. Very hot (27C) but pool not yet open. $ for pool when it opens. New park with a few design problems. Short sites. We were allowed to park our tow vehicle on adjacent site as it was not busy and the site fit our 5er only. Power pedestal has water tap directly under the plug in. Hard to connect power cord and impossible to connect pedestal surge protector. Access road is well traveled and dirt. Hard to see through clouds of dust. Site and park roads are dirt and with park speed limit of 30 and fleet of dump trucks based in back of park you will get dirty. Forget about open windows. Showers and laundry are great. Showers $2 for 4 minutes but really nice. Wi-Fi was useless. Don't think I'd come back.....way too dusty/muddy.

Date of Stay:

Nice town-run park in town on lake. Beautiful level sites with newly installed services. Only about 25 serviced sites and no on-site management, cable TV or Wi-Fi. Constant town maintenance presence. All sites newly gravelled and packed. Lots of trees but not overhanging your RV. Will come again.

Date of Stay:

Really nice park on the water. Boat launch, swimming area and piers. Gravel sites with great services (even the Wi-Fi is strong) and grassy areas. Staff are welcoming and helpful. The park is near perfect but I may not return. The 3km access road from the highway is extremely rough and even going 10km/hr threw my furniture around. It will certainly give your rv suspension a workout.

Rate based upon one night stay using KOA card. We stayed in a medium priced pull thru below the office. Sites vary greatly in price and you can choose how much to spend over a wide range. Ours was pristine with patio and rockwork borders. Wonderful restrooms and showers, gated park with helpful staff.
